🌟 Ingredients:
To make Creamy Garlic Chicken, you'll typically need: chicken breasts, minced garlic, fresh cream, ginger garlic paste, milk, oregano, butter, salt, black pepper, water and any desired herbs or spices
👩‍🍳 How to Make:
• Marinate chicken breasts with ginger garlic paste, garlic powder and oregano
• Add Cornflour All-purpose flour and mix it well
• Add oil to the pan and on medium heat add chicken to pan
• Fry for 2 mins on each side and remove chicken and set aside
• Add 1 tbsp butter on the same pan and let it melt
• Add 6 chopped cloves of Garlic
• Add chilli flakes, black pepper, 1 cup milk, cornflour slurry, stir and reduce
• Now add salt and half cup fresh cream
• Add half cup water and mix it
• Add the chicken back to the pan and coat it with the sauce
• Simmer for a few minutes covering the lid
• Garnish with chopped coriander leaves or parsley
