Sir your completely right and I agree with you, but one small correction when you explained 20L chit, as per your explanation if chit bidding goes for 12L then remaining is 8L and out of 8L - 1.5L goes to person who runs the chit so total remaining is 6.5L and this 6.5L will be divided among 19 remaining members, that'll be 34,210 rupees, so at the end everybody payes 65,790.
