The numbers sound a bit similar to Yin Yang theory, I-Ching and Wu Hsing, which underpin Chinese martial arts. Removing the middle layer suggests Xi etc directly becoming like the Sys-op who allocate/withdraw permissions, rather than having to phone someone else; maybe in light of what happened with Prigozhin.
