Hey Sneha! You don’t really need a graphic tablet. I personally don’t use one. I switch between my laptop’s mousepad and a regular mouse. You can draw with whatever you feel comfortable with :))
Got it, so there is no complete career as a Fashion Illustrator, or at least there is barely any scope for one in India. You can opt for fashion design but you will be doing a lot more than just illustration. You can also instead opt to be a graphic designer if you prefer. And if you’d like to start learning, you can check out softwares like Adobe illustrator and Photoshop and get familiar with them. Hope that helps!
