It's clear to me that, despite having limited experience in dating myself, I see how Siyeon and SuA give each other looks and subtle/not subtle glances. They've been keeping it cool this 2023 comeback, but there was a super sexy moment in which Sua jumped into Siyeon's arms and Siyeon happily ran off with her off screen.

i know!!! i think it's the best way to normalise it. it reminds me of how luke hemmings from 5 seconds of summer just casually wears glitter and make up in his concerts. for western artists it's rather unsusual, but he just does it so casually as a cishet guy that it feels nice and normal. it's how i feel about dreamcatcher not making a big deal about not changing pronouns, talking about their preferences, wearing clothing that supports queer people, etc. they just do it and let the actions speak for themselves. normalising is literally just this, making it feel comfortable and normal, so that we don't feel judged. they don't do a big show of it and it's why they're my comfort group tbh

really did not expect to cry while watching this video but the last section of the video really hit hard...i've been a kpop fan for over a decade and only now am i starting to see idols openly show support of the lgbtq+ community. it really means so much to know that the artists i love and support accept me and people like me for who we are

The kiss was my introduction to Dreamcatcher, but it was in a moment after a show where Siyeon pushed hair out of sua's eyes in a gentle way. SuA blushed and made a joke about the way Siyeon did it which made them both laugh it off. It's in those little details and little moments that a Autistic person like me would not even be able to miss. I can tell they are, at the very least, love each other, if not IN love. If it were true, I'd say that's the best a person could hope to find in a soulmate. Like Siyeon said, Sua matches her to the point that they are able to telepathically communicate with each other. That takes some real connection.

I love this video and I don’t think anyone should feel the need to clarify that their speculations are “jokes” because there’s nothing wrong with it (I hate that people feel the need to add that just because straight people (or any people, really) are so ready to come at our throats for it). Everyone already speculates that they’re straight so imagine if one of them isn’t… that can be hurtful to them. Yes, I understand that homosexuality isn’t as socially acceptable in South Korean as it is elsewhere in the world, but we have to understand that not every idol is straight. That’s statistically impossible. So when we have suspicions that an idol may not be straight, it’s not a joke. Now, obviously it’s not okay to force that on people or say it like it’s fact, because, at the end of the day, we really don’t know unless they come out and say it. But I don’t find anything wrong with acknowledging the evidence that is there in front of us.

literally THIS, all of this, and thank you for saying it. i'd like to add one of the best quotes i ever saw from a kpop fan (don't even know their bias group or where i originally saw it, it's just stuck with me for a long time), it was "if we are to not assume an idol's sexuality, then we should never assume that they are straight." the disclaimers of "jokes," can be damaging, especially when some idols might try to be open about their sexuality in subtle ways and feel pushed down when it's so lightly dismissed.
