- Welcome to my culinary corner full of love and exquisite flavors! 💖 In this Valentine's Day special, I have prepared four recipes that will not only delight your palate, but will also turn your dinner into an unforgettable experience. 🍽️❤️
Imagine the magic of sharing an exciting starter with heart-shaped potato skewers, baked and served in individual glasses. Then, dive into a heart-shaped caprese salad, where tomato and mozzarella merge in a symphony of freshness and love.
But the surprise doesn't end there. For the main course, I present to you a homemade pink burger, with a beet bun that adds a touch of color and a unique flavor.
And, for dessert, we enter the world of sweets with chocolate-dipped strawberries. These strawberries, decorated with originality, are the ideal dessert to seal this unforgettable gastronomic experience.

HEART-SHAPED POTATO KEBCHETS
Ingredients
Potato - 2 pc
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Olive oil to taste
Ketchup
CAPRESE SALAD
Ingredients (for 2 salads):
Caprese salad -
Tomato - 1 pc
Mozzarella - 125g
Salt to taste
Oregano - to taste
Olive Oil - to taste
Balsamic Cream - to taste
PINK BURGER 🍔BEET BREAD
Ingredients (for 5 Burgers):
The Pink Dough -
Baker's Yeast - 5 g
Sugar - 1 tsp
Warm water - 150 g
Cooked beet - 130 g
Flour - 400 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Melted butter - 40 g
Egg yolk (to paint Burgers)
Sesame seeds to taste
Hamburger -
Minced beef - 500 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Parsley - 1 tsp
Mustard - 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
Stuffed -
Avocado - 1 pc
Lemon juice + Salt to taste
Brie cheese - 100 g
Mustard - 2 tbsp
Lettuce - 2 large leaves
Tomato (sliced) - 1 pc
Sweet onion - 1 pc
Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp
Tomato jam - 5 tbsp
DIPED STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients -
Strawberry - 6 pc
Strawberry flavor topping - 150 g
To decorate I used Walnuts, Grated Coconut, Crushed Cookies, White Icing and 1 Chocolate Heart.

Даша, добрый день! Напишите, пожалуйста, об аэрогриле( может у вас другое название). Увидела, что котлетки запекали . Задумалась о покупке.
Жанна здравствуйте 😊Я его приобрела уже пару лет назад, очень удобная штука, я в этом аэрогриле все готовлю, получается очень вкусно, да и полезней, так как масла совсем немного добавляю! Иногда быстрей чем в духовке 😊Так что рекомендую 😉Сейчас очень много разных марок продают, мой выбор пал на марку Cosori!
