Consistency is key! I really like what Vishen said about not eating the exact same thing everyday. I like to have some variety in my routine but also stay consistent like you. The variety prevents me from stagnating. Keep crushing it 💪🏼

I've been soo ill for close to ten years. Mentally. Very close to suicide, constant stress and a strong feeling of my head being too full. Such bad digestive health, multiple diseases. Cut gluten, cut dairy and now ive finally quit sugar. Ive not been able to take in any new information all this time and barely existed. Now away from sugar, day five my brain can absorb information, there is no strain on my brain and everythinf even looks different and food tastes great. I feel mind valley is going to massivly help me learn beyond what i ever thought i could. Just listening for half hour ive bought back memories with extreme detail that i didnt even know my brain had access too

Every human being desires an healthy and extraordinary life but caused by lack of knowledge and time we never get there and that makes us depressed, ill and terrified. Mindvalley: To feel good I wake up early, do some yoga or meditation, go for a short walk then go home, bathe etc, eat something, make myself look good and turn outwards for the day. Then I check emails, texts etc and I feel prepared for the greater lunatic asylum out there - as my father used to call it! If I miss some of this stuff I don't feel so good throughout the day.

I appreciate this video. The concepts that he discusses are not new. I do not know what his classes cost but think I can learn his concepts without paying the fees. His recent book had a 1star rating and the person said that I could get all of his concepts by getting a free book titled The Nature of Personal Reality by Jane Roberts. I’m going to start there. A lot of what he talks about is taught in AA and that is basically for free. I wish this man well but I know that there are a lot more factors at play than just “believing”.

Good & quite dynamic one as I have found this video which has been downloaded . Strength training at an advanced age like about 60 yrs of age needs consultation with Doctor, I know like that. May You kindly confirm. Everyone's English I cant percept as told by U, there lies my problem in listening to many masterclasses, moreover such classes are much long & what is told at the classes, are known by me to a considerable extent. Go on making such videos in future, I like.
