There are no rules in this. Where are the "ISO Certified" definitions of "gross violation", "serious reasons" and "gross misconduct"? If there is no standard legal definition, they could mean anything and their meanings could be tailored to meet the intended outcome, the opposite of Justice. So impeachment laws should include the definitions of the terms that then define the process.
The claims that Gachagua was insurbordinate. Does being a DP mean a person is no longer protected by the Bill of Rights and that there are no guarantees of their personal freedoms and rights? Eg should a DP not have a different opinion from the President, and are they not free to express it? Where is this line and who decides what it is and based on what?
