Intro: Veorra & The Tech Thieves - Ghost Town
Passive - Frost Mark: Each time Luna Snow's ability hits a hero, it adds a Frost mark. At max marks, Luna Snow deals one extra attack to the target and causes the marks to explode, dealing damage.
Passive - Lunar: When Luna Snow's HP drops below a certained value, she gains Control Immunity and increased Movement Speed.
Ability 1: Luna Snow releases icicles in the specified direction, dealing damage to enemies in their path and adding Frost marks.
Ability 2: Luna Snow chooses a specified direction to release ice shards, dealing damage to enemies in range, inflicting freeze, and marking each of them with Frost marks.
Ultimate ability: Luna Snow freezes the air around her, restoring her HP and accelerating her movement speed. The frigid wind solidifies into ice crystals, dealing damage to enemies near Luna Snow and marking each of them with Frost marks.

Blink (Support) - Skill and Ability
Passive - Translocation
Everytime Blink or Allies are entering the Portal, their movement speed is boosted to 20% for 3s
Ability 1 - Portal Tunnel,
Blink creates a portal which allows her and team members to take one way trip to escape or to chase enemy. Can be casted through walls
Use again to Close:
Enemies can walk through this portal, but when closed, enemies will be inflicted magical and physical damage, and knock them back to their initial place and stunned for 1s,
Ability 2 - Displaced Portal
Blinks can open two large portals casted in one straight line.
First portal is blocking enemies attack, great to shield her and team members.
Second portal serves as counter attack, and is targeted or located behind the enemies back which means enemies will taste their own attack
Ability 3 - Space Manipulation
Blink creates a portal to a location which is visible to her. Ally can attack visible enemies, minions through this portal.
Use again to close.
Enemy who is aware of this portal can use to counter attack. Use wisely.
Ability 4 - Vortex (Mass Teleportation)
Blinks creates a vortex in the designated area close to herself. Every ally in the map, will be granted a new ability. If they click it, they will teleport to the vortex and gains attack speed up to 40% for 3s. Enemies nearby the vortex will stunned for 2s

Pretty solid all-damage kit, she can poke and burst down enemies. A doesn't have mobility skills but her passive gives her a bit of sustainability.
