Dan-O, that's an amazing set! After you saw that TIE Advance though, you called the second TIE a TIE Striker when in fact it's a TIE Phantom, and it actually surprised me that there's a toy of it! I never saw a TIE Phantom toy before, and I love it!
Great vid mate! I literally did that last night with my Hasbro Star Wars Micro Machines! I used all 65 I own and set up the R2D2, First Order Stormtrooper, First Order Star Destroyer, Millennium Falcon and Rogue One Death Star play sets and that's definitely the way anyone should display them! It looked incredible from a distance! I combined the Galactic Republic, Empire, Resistance and First Order all into one epic display!

This was the first Micro Machines set I got. I’ve loved it ever since. Also, Secrets of the Empire is an amazing VR experience coming to Downtown Disney in Anaheim in January. I was able to do it because it’s opened in Orlando and I highly recommend it.
the Tie Phantom is from the extended universe and is equipped with a Hyperdrive as well as a clocking device as well. The Empire did not make many of them due to the cost of the clocking device I believe.
Several of the figures in this set (like rey and the riot control stormtroopers) are exclusive, because the sets those figures were supposed to be in were cancelled. There was a takodana/Maz's castle set that we never even got to see.

It's going for over $100 now?? Sheesh, I lucked out, I only paid like $40 in-store for it about 8 months ago haha. I know a lot of people hate on the newer Micro Machines but I think they're really good, quite close to the originals in many ways, if not better in some ways. I really hate that they discontinued these things, they were, quite literally, my childhood lol
It is a big drop in quality. But at this point I just want anything back in this line. I really do love Star Wars micro machines and some of the smaller character and vehicle packs were decent from this later era. Even the Rogue One Death Star playset was really cool. It was heading in the right direction and then NOTHING. 😔

It's Wedges X-wing because it is RED 2 on the wings under the red chevron there are only 2 lines down where Lukes has 5 because he was RED 5 all the X-wings had that

The new ones are just cars and they are available at target and wal-mart. Star Wars micro machines have not been in stores since late 2016 with Rogue One. Those were the last new Star Wars Micro machines that were made.

I feel like Hasbro's micro machines colors have just left a bad taste in my mouth. Everything looked oversaturated to me, especially the ships. I think Galoob did a much better job of matching the colors IMO.
I thought they were suppose to get better over time..... My Micro machines from the 90's are painted better then these, and literally no defects compared to these new ones...
I totally agree with you,but its just my opinion that it was a bit disappointing because every "plot twist" was extremely predictable, and I don't really understand what the hype is all about
