Thanks for the suggestion Sam! My neighborhood videos will give you the flavor of the areas in KC - Most have rental homes, some apartments. Zillow is your best bet to find a rental home. Realtors don't represent renters in Kansas City like they do in some other larger cities. So unfortunately I don't have much help to give.

Good question! I’ve been to both TX & FL in the summer and I’d say we are NOT as hot! At least for as long. So that’s a plus!!!!
