12 moves for tori makes sense. at least 3 would be transformation moves, making it actually 9 moves. Mochi also has 8 as far as i remmber and tori is a mythical. Venom having 9 moves is kinda crazy but probably one is transportation and the other is transformation. Maybe there are some separate moves from demon form and normal form
