Omg this is me 100% with everything in my life with ADHD-I let messes build up, always get distracted while cleaning lol, and I felt the whole watching productivity videos thing instead of me actually being productive, I don’t fold my laundry and use the piles as my closet, and I’ll eventually clean up the piles but when I have somewhere to go to I basically try 30 different outfit combinations and let the piles of clothing build up again lmao. I relate to this SO much!!!

Istg if you clean even just a small partion of your home/ room, like just put stuff away and such you'll feel instantly better. Works for me everytime. I was just having a breakdown on the shower and then I just put some dirty clothes on the hamper and cleaned my desk and the clothes on the end of my bed and I felt so much better instantly. pls try it if you're ever in that mood! I've been watching your videos since 18'. I just recently got back into watching them because after watching one a couple weeks ago, I realized how similar our lives are in a way. I started taking my workout journey serious this summer and was in the best shape of my life. I was lifting and eating healthy consistently for 2 months. Yess Mai, get into minimalism especially since you move so much…Makes life so much easier. Can’t wait to see your declutter serious. You have lots of cool things and you don’t need to get rid of everything. I keep what I need plus my favorite items that make me happy. I still like to have decor items in my home, but I just limit furniture…extra tables, cupboards, shelves, even big dressers… If I can’t move it myself, I don’t buy it.
