About Sri M
Born in India, Sri M is a spiritual guide, social reformer, educator and writer. He first met his Master at the age of nine under the jackfruit tree, in the compound of his house in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian coastal state of Kerala.
The full account of his astonishing and amazing experiences are published in his memoir from 2011 titled “Apprenticed to a Himalayan Master - A Yogi’s Autobiography“, which became an instant bestseller. He has written a sequel to his autobiography, titled “Sri M - The Journey Continues”, which was released last year. His latest books are 'Shunya' - - his first novel and a Q & A book titled - 'On Meditation'.
Sri M has traveled the world fulfilling his life’s mission to teach and guide people as instructed by his Master, Maheswarnath Babaji. Over the years, Sri M’s mission as a spiritual guide, social reformer and educator have given rise to many initiatives including:

- Co-educational, residential school committed to providing in-depth exploration of knowledge.

In 2015, Sri M went on a 16-month journey, Walk of Hope, from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, spanning 5000 miles across 11 states of India, to bring attention to humanity’s need for peace, harmony and tolerance.
Sri M says: “Go to the core. Theories are of no use.” His message seeks to transcend the outer-shell of all religions, by exploring their mystical essence and thus nurture the innate goodness in every human being.

I am a recent follower of Sri M. His mastery on subject matter is really outstanding. With the simplicity & depth he described the essence of spirituality & structural constraints of most religions is very profound. I feel blessed to have discovered him!!

Yes! He is an extraordinary profound spiritual person, ascetic in this modern age(or era).We rarely see this type of sages by Supreme God's blessing and count us very fortunate to listen his preachers and darshan to contact him.Thanks God!

Every Indian has to realise that we are a generation who lost the immense knowledge and experience of the ancients who developed a system of mind sciences along with, art, science, health science and engineering!! We became 'West gazers' and believers that knowledge comes from the West. Time has come to realise these realities and be proud of it and develop the lost self esteem of ours. Chandrayan and Mangalayan are only a small part of what is inherent in the genes of the people of the sub continent. They may have adopted newer religions for their practice but in the depth they are the same people. Sri M is a classic example of this truth! Let us hope that we develop the cultural compulsion to bring back the Sanskrit language to the fore so that many more people can be enlightened through the reading of those ancient texts in the original language form and follow the path of enightment! It would enable us to develop more humanity and bring about the needed transformation in persons, communities and nations!

Guruji had written in his book that Maheshwar nath babaji attained samadhi in 1985 but here he has mistakenly mentioned it as 1981.Even Guruji seems to forget sometimes.

Sri M is an enlightened Master. Indian people with all the modernity and English education, have lost the sense of revering enlightened masters. We can never understand what is written by Sri M Guruji with our intellect. His presence says everything. It looks funny at the Anchor's silly questions on SHOONYA which is ultimate truth. Sadly Sri M has to step down from his wisdom on a worldly stage to explain.
