Chino's voice is so haunting and smooth in this song I love how Sevendust choose him for the part it's a song where you just close your eyes, shut up and listen to the music. Diffidently a listen-to-while-driving-home song!
I have no idea why, but Chino's voice during the chorus reminds me so much of that female singer Bjork. I don't mean that he sounds like a girl or anything, it's the way he carries his voice so majestically yet makes it sound so wispy that sounds so similar to Bjork's style of singing. It's fuckin beautiful. Also this collab with Sevendust is just plain badass.
I remember when Gore first came out, someone uploaded "Prayers/Triangles" but with the audio slowed down, and Chino's voice slowed down reminded me of Q Lazzarus. But I mean that in a good way. *edit* Oh yeah Chino's other band Crosses did a cover of Q Lazzarus' Goodbye Horses too. She passed away earlier this year, RIP.

Before even realizing that Chino was featured in this track, I heard Bender by Sevendust and Lotion by Deftones thinking they were similar, and just kind of in awe that they were similar, unaware that Chino was doing vocals on this song as well. Like, the chorus sounds similar melodically, but so did the vocals, and I just never gave it further thought until a few mins ago when I was reading up on Chino's Wikipedia (cause I'm bored) and looked in his side projects section.
