Hi Ralph you probably don't remember me I was Sherry Pasquale in school at GAHS I GRAD WITH Tom Walters and know your sister very well. I'm married to Walt Saunders. Any way Congratulations on your new invention the pecan shelled. I got some nuts from Judy as well as a bunch of us from church. They were delicious and the freshest we have ever eaten . Judy told me about your web site and I'm so happy I could see this. Congratulations again!
Machine cost is $4,000 at the factory in Baxley, GA plus tax. Shipping costs $200 crating fee plus carrier charge. I build the crate to meet UPS specs. Crated package size is approximately 27x 17 x 64 inches high and weighs approximately 108 pounds.
No. Australia power is 230 volt 50 Hz. Our machine requires 115 Volt 60 Hz. To use it in Australia you will need a suitable power supply such as a gasoline powered generator capable of supplying a minimum of 720 Watts continuous. A voltage transformer alone is not suitable. Capacity is typically 100 to 150 pounds per hour depending on variety and conditioning. Please review the latest machine on www.pecanprollc.com.

If you wish to buy, please send an email request to kraknblo@gmail.com. Payment is required in advance. You can see the newest machine and access its owner’s manual and video at www.pecanprollc.com. You may remember me from my visit to buy one of your corn cutters last year. I showed you a video of my pecan sheller during our visit in your basement.
Model 1424 “Krak-N-Blo” Pecan Pro, LLC shelling tower costs $4,950.00 plus 8% sales tax ($396.00 unless you supply a copy of your tax exemption) at the factory located at 7047 Buck Head Road, Baxley, GA 31513. If shipped, add a $250.00 crating fee plus freight. You can email me at kraknblo@gmail.com.
Video of unconditioned pecans will not represent average results and will be misleading. There is too much variability. Moisture content, shell thickness, hardness, tightness, size, and shape vary widely. Some varieties will do quite well with no conditioning while others will not. The Krak-N-Blow will crack all varieties tested with or without conditioning. The percentage of undamaged kernels is higher on many varieties if preconditioned. Some users never precondition and obtain satisfactory results that exceed the shelling quality of other traditional cracking and shelling equipment.
@@brucehayes5111 yes. I let them dry over night under a fan. I have a moisture tester and get them below 4% before storing them in a freezer in a zip lock bag. Usually they test around 3%.
You may order directly by email to us at kraknblo@gmail.com. Thank you for your interest. The Krak-N-Blo Pecan Pro, LLC Model 1424 costs $4,500.00 at the factory. Sales tax is 8% ($360.00) unless you provide your sales tax exemption. Crate adds $200.00 if shipped plus the freight cost. I will need your shipping street address to get a freight quote unless you can pick it up at the factory here at 7047 Buck Head Road, Baxley, GA 31513 You can see additional information at pecanprollc.com. I can have a machine available next week. If you wish to confirm your order I will reserve one for you. Payment is required in advance by cash or a bank guaranteed check payable to Pecan Pro, LLC.
Unfortunately, we are out of stock and unable to get parts. We are therefore redesigning to get back in business with some new features and more readily available components. We are striving to make the new version even better and available for $4,500 at the factory in Baxley, GA plus tax and shipping. The new design will not be available for at lease six weeks.
Thank you for your comment. The price reflects its value as well as its cost to produce. The design represents the best of concepts refined over 20 years of my designing, prototyping, and testing. We succeeded in making a portable machine capable of meeting or surpassing the cracking and shelling quality of our competitors at less than half the cost, weight, and floor space. Simplicity of design and operation conceals the enormous expense of designing, prototyping, laboratory testing, waterjet cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, mold making, material selection, vacuum and pressure pot plastic molding with steel inserts, machining, and final assembly. God has blessed me with the ability to bring this machine to market at a cost that pays for itself for those willing to purchase.
Just got mine and I love it! Thanks Ralph!
Thanks for sharing!

You said something about sterilization. How, for how long and does size of the pecans matter?
I steam them for 6 minutes in a seafood cooker outside to soften the kernel to lessen breakage.
Size doesn’t matter.
Ok, do you suggest letting them dry before storing?
Boil them or steam? I have a riser for my pot that will keep the pecans out of the water. Think this will work?
