When you change the environment variables you have to start a new Command Prompt to implement the changes you made. That's why it didn't show any change when you tried the php -v command. Otherwise great video

Had an issue with mariaDB around 10:50 where HeidiSQL could not locate libmariadb.dll
Resolved by using mysql instead, works just fine :)
Finally it was helpful for me but the sitemap and uploading errors I face no indexation
