I'm not sure specifically which episode it is, but I know exactly when in the storyline it happens. It happens one or two months after this scene, shortly after Stephanie arranged a meeting at her home with Ridge, Thorne, and a visiting Kristen - where they all try to persuade Eric not to marry Sheila or try to persuade him to at least postpone his wedding to Sheila. Eric gets angry with them, and leaves the house. Sheila was then told by Eric about the family gathering and the conversation, and she gets enraged. That's when she visits Stephanie and forces her way into her house, screaming, hollering, and threatening her and saying ""NO one, NO ONE, controls Sheila Carter!", and Stephanie replies "Well obviously not even Sheila Carter." Their heated quarrel includes this subsequent exchange, with Sheila saying "I tried to be civil with you but all you do is fight." Stephanie says, "And I'm gonna keep fighting till Eric knows what's going on." Sheila grumbles, "Oh you're gonna make him choose between me and his family?!" Stephanie calmly quips, "What's the matter, you don't like the odds?"
It's crazy to finally see these episodes in full instead of the Sheila segments that, most likely a lot of us, have seen on youtube over the last few years.

Such good directing and acting when Sheila and Stephanie fight. I saw Steffie and Finn fight today and she was acting her best but him yikes. It’s like they got the guy from the mail room and said your hot wanna be an actor?

Well, we are experts when it comes to others and not when it concerns us. For example, Thorne advising Ridge to sit his wife and explain to her the importance of time together with Bridget. Like he EVER sat with his own wife and talk things through. Taylor is a psychiatrist needing psychiatric evaluation herself. Just like everyone on the show with the exception of MAYBE Sally and the Spectra Gang but even naive Darla is compromised when her blind loyalty is leading to "impersonate" and become someone else. But anyways, what have they not made us see/endure so far? Sigh

*STEPHANIE vs SHEILA CONT'D* Following up on my previous comment (in episode 1492) about how balanced the battle is between these two women: here you have Eric telling Stephanie that both her and Sheila inspired the collection and he shows the new designs to both of them, and Sheila spies Eric & Stephanie sharing an intimate moment in his office just as Stephanie spied Eric & Sheila sharing one before. It's all very well balanced to keep the suspense going -- so you don't know who's going to win the Race for the Altar. Indeed Eric still wants to marry Sheila but there's no engagement ring and the wedding had been delayed. Notice too how (in the previous episode) Sheila immediately blames Eric's decision to postpone the wedding on Stephanie i.e. she is giving Stephanie credit for this move and making this all about their rivalry. Then in this charged scene where both women finally confront each other (their first face-off since Sheila has been back), the balance of power tips a bit toward Stephanie as she narrates Sheila's character traits (and flaws) and the status of her relationship with Eric ('You know what he's not? He's not intrigued by you") thus reminding us again that she is the dominant Storyteller on this show.
