it's not prisoner food but it's more of a japanese culture reference which is called "Bento" (rhymes with Gento obviously) which is the way they do packed lunch or food in Japan where it has all the food types you need (veggies, meat, rice or carbs, and the sauce) -- basically saying that SB19 knows how to cook up hits that has everything you need (rap, vocals, beat, choreo, etc.)

This aims to analyze this new blast from our MAHALIMA.
Another word play from SB19. You’ll prolly not gonna be a legit A’Tin if you’re not used to they word play in most of their creations.

Summary or the message is HARD WORK.
You cannot get things in just a Snap. We have to get along with the process, do ‘em, finished ‘em and complete em like a Bento.
This also has a connection to being who MAHALIMA are and some bars to the bashers. Fist part of the MV Pablo in a typical Filipino kitchen. The roots of SB19 will stay and won’t fade despite of them wearing Gucci (Josh) and the likes. They are where they are right now because of hard work, perseverance and dream fueled by not quitting.

From now on, start expecting wordplay every time he writes a song, man's obsessed with it (in a good way). Most of SB19's song titles are word plays. MAPA is an example where it both can mean "map" and "Ma (mom) & Pa (pops)" (that's why it's always written in all-capital letters). "GENTO" is similar in a sense. He's playing between the words "ginto" (which literally translates to "gold") and "gen'to" (which is a modern colloquial slang and a shortened form of the word "ganito" which means "like this" / "this is how", similar to how you show someone how to do something).
GENTO is basically all about HARD WORK, FOCUS & PATIENCE. SB19 is telling the audience that it is HOW they got so big (seeing as right now, they're the undisputed PPop Kings). It's kind of how miners dig for gold: Yes, it requires luck which is something humans can't really control, but the other part of that equation is for the miners to work hard and dig; no matter how filthy they become, as long as they honestly dig and maintain the diligence and patience, they might actually find gold. Conversely, you cannot always find gold just lying around conveniently. For the poor, common people who aren't as blessed with such luck, all they can do is do their part of the equation--again, work hard and dig for it.
There were some lines that dig at the haters because obviously they were part of the obstacles that SB19 had to endure and overcome, but mostly, this song ain't about them haters. SB19 is saying they didn't just stumble upon their current success; they worked their asses off for it. It's even more of an "advice" to the haters to learn from SB19's example if they want to be successful (because you know, hating and being bitter and miserable isn't really gonna get them anywhere; it's stagnant, it's not productive and they don't get anything worthwhile out of it). The song is a message to everyone (haters, trolls, fans and aspirants alike) who aspire to find some "gold" (success) in their lives.
Besides, we all know luck is merely a catalyst--an opportunity--for success. A lot of people had once tasted success but lost it in the long run (history has a long list of such scenarios). In order to KEEP THE SUCCESS, you gotta continue to grind.
Mediocrity is merely an excuse. Sure, talented people were born with luck, but if you don't have it, that's not an excuse to give up and be miserable. Hard work never betrays. We might get frustrated, and our dreams might be repeatedly crushed, but somehow somewhere, there is a way for us to thrive. Along the way, we might discover things we're really good at. Detours like that are alright as long as we continue pushing onward. We might even find our golden path on such detours. Our form of success may not be like how we first envisioned it, but we humans are crafty little creatures; we always find ways if we just put our mind to it.

Ellis, Actually GENTO is a word play. GENTO is actually phonetical corruption of GINTO (in Filipino which in English means gold). It also is phonetical abbreviated corruption of the word GANITO (in English meaning "Like this". I know, I am Filipino.
