    How do you know your bottom bouncer is consistently touching bottom? can you feel it in the rod, or should your line go non slack, and then bring up a little line?

      You can definitely feel it in the rod when your line goes slack. You should be able to feel the tension ease as you barely “bounce it” off bottom

    Are you still using the bent wire trolling weights? Try sliders and straight shaft weights. Much more sensitive.

      Kris actually prefers the bent wire trolling weights

      @NicoleStoneOutdoors missing out on alot when the walleye have to pull weight vs load up the rod with less resistance. Should try it.
