Thank you for the major haul of getting to know Logos! I have a better understanding of how Logos works and thank you for having a recording, which Logos apparently doesn't have (anymore?) and done by "registering".
I have Logos free edition and been using it for the last few years now though I never really used it to dive into things more. I mostly use it to read the bible. I should use it more for background info/studying more into the chronological bible in a year study (story of the scripture)
Love it. Most of the reviews from logos aren't people doing everyday stuff, I love this video you did. What mic is that, sounds amazing?! And can I ask what software are you using to record? I'm still messing around with OBS and wondering if I should upgrade.
Agreed! A good general video on Logos. The mic he is using is the Shure SM7b. If you're looking for a great mic at a lower price range, the RODE Podmic is amazing quality.
Logos does not work in dark mode. I found that out the hard way. I spent hundreds of dollars on the program with lengthy call to tech support just to find out it will not work in dark mode. Fortunately they gave me a full refund. If you want dark mode get Accordance. I find it many ways better than Logos.
This was a great demonstration. Lots of basics mixed with some advanced stuff I haven’t seen elsewhere.

Did you know that you do not need to type in things like, “type:”? The filters are in the hamburger menu (3 lines next to search bar).

Is there any reason you don’t use notes in logos for extensive notes and choose to use Word?

Would love to see your logos in dark mode. I love it and it shows everything great. White screen is hard on the eyes.

Yes it does. I use mine in dark mode all the time.
How does one recover a deleted note?
In Logos 10 there's a trash can feature you can use restore a deleted note just like Windows and Mac OS have. Very bottom left of the Notes tool.
