I had same constipation problem like vivi and insomnia, car accident like mimi constipation I ate fruit and have sour taste it's called "belimbing wuluh" Idk in English and strawberry. Insomnia, I need to tired my body like aerobic, jogging but I avoid weight training bcs I can't sat too long. Over all my problems are cured except the sat thing. Wish you guys get better soon and healthy :)

I read some article about constipation and insomnia, hope can help you. For Mimi: you can drink more water ( especially lemon-honey water and herbal tea) and drink probiotic drinking, eat more vegetables, dried plum is very recommended, using oliu oil or coconut oil for cooking which is good for your treatment. Talking vitamin C and B pills. Drink coffee as well. For Vivi: eating blueberry is recommended, banana,almond nuts, cashew nutsand drink probiotic drinking, eat egg with dinner meal. it is good for you if you drink milk with honey before go to bed. Love you guys and hope you guys can feel better.

만성변비는 소화기내과에서 대장내시경 등 정밀 진단을 받아서 용종있는지 유무를 파악하는게
더 좋을듯한데.. 한의원에서 한방치료 받아보고 한달내로 차도 없으면 소화기내과에도 가보시길 바랄게요^^
