I was giving a task to make a CAD model using Solidworks of a gear shaft with 13 different sizes. My superior told me to use a design instead of making each individual part (That was my orignally plan). Once I saw this video of how to create a design table, this vieo saved me alot of time. Thank you so much for this because I learn this method fast watching this video.

Thorough walk-through and high quality display made this tutorial very easy to follow! Definitely an above average SolidWorks tutorial, thank you.

Great video! Is there a way to make a dimension drawing on one Allen wrench and have it update for each configuration vs having to make a completely new dimension drawing for each new size?

Great video I have a design table lab project so it was nice seeing how you set yours up. Can you please tell me how you changed the UI to look like the previous releases that didn't compensate for color blindness.

Jason, to change the UI to look exactly like mine you must be on SOLIDWORKS 2016 SP.4 and then to change the icons back go to Options->Colors->Icon Color. Select Classic in the dropdown. Thank you for watching.

    Great .
Please make a video on how to design a fixture for a part with internal features ( like drills , holes ) .

solidworks 2016 I had everything input into the table. Created the new configurations with all the parameters labled accordingly. I had both sketches fully defined and used a normal sweep. However when I would try and show any other configuration other than the 1.5 the wrench would disappear just as though some stinking thief had come and taken it off the table. :( However, your video is great, straight forward and you're easy to listen to. I have failed.
