@@kal2c622 okay that makes sense. Thanks for your answer So we size up when we are 130 deep to get a similar SPR as if we were 100bb deep but like 150 deep we can't do that so we stick to normal 3b size and just play with larger SPR? (and then more passive post I would assume)
@@rafaelsinn4721 thanks for asking this. I caught that early on and was going to forget to ask. That makes sense. So when you get say 140bb+, do you actually begin to size down rather than go 4-5x? or just continue at the 4-5x region? Also curious how you think this affects our ranges. Of course offsuit hands are way less favorable, but what about frequencies. Do our frequencies go down, or do we maintain same frequencies but just choose a different range that plays better deep.(like suited Ax, suited connects) Seems to me that maybe we do have to decrease our frequencies at least a little bit since we are at such a disadvantage OOP and deep.
legendary jam at 23:45, could you explain what your range looks like in this spot also do you randomize in this spot and what would your other sizings be?
@@matthijsvisser8827 I’d split between jam and 75% pot as my two sizings. Min value to Jam would be Q8, with a tonne of bluffs as the bigger we bet the more we get to bluff :)
Wouldn’t mind your short term memory for solvers jeeez. U sound like the solver itself speaking 😂 I’ve 20yrs of ICM solving which eventually seeps into the subconscious so actual conscious memory isn’t required, it all just turns into FEEEEL regardless but these solvers are ridic complex. I also don’t believe they’re the 100% optimal way to play either…wasnt it only HU that a computer can beat a human? Still, short term memory definitely seems to be key for optimal cash game at least. Don’t know if you’ve heard of detox poker and it’s data-mining based concepts at all but apparently that’s also the winningest strat possible. So along with epiphany’s exploit only game, basically just triple bluff every hand all day long and never get coolered, that’s at least 3 completely different thinking processes for poker that all allegedly win.
Your voice is approaching Galfond levels of ASMR. Nice.
Good analysis, you have your ranges well sorted,Well played.
GG! Appreciate the content Kal!
You remind me of "somebody that I used to love" his playing. Glgl
Thanks for the great content! It IS possible to have the link of your RNG please?
Search ‘Python Poker RNG’ in RUclips
Love these videos. You said that you use your biggest 3b size at 130 or 140bb and size down once you're deeper. Why is that the case?
We can’t reduce the SPR enough at 140+ while using reasonable sizings

@@rafaelsinn4721 yeah and we 3b more suited hands over off suit high card hands also when deeper
