With point 5, the third building that relies on labourers is the hay drier. I know the shepherds and cowherds will also attend to them, but the bulk of the haymaking is done by labourers. I’ve had to play a year three and four times over once when short on labourers, to adjust the wages to get them to prioritise hay so I had enough to get through winter - plenty of dryers, they just weren’t getting filled :)
I generally just add 3 or 4 workers to the shephards and the cow herders then they fill those hay dryers super quick, but they way you mentioned now is also a great way to do it😄
