I believe in you completely!! I'm not doing a project pan in 2025, but I am doing a no-buy challenge, specifically for makeup and skincare. I just have so much stuff and want to use it up!! Happy holidays, Charlotte!
Yes, me too!
me too
And me!
Me too. I bought a ton of stuff on the black friday and holiday sales. so I want to be very low buy this year
I'm going to try a Project Pan but not sure about a no buy! Gonna try no buy Feb!
Shop your stash along with your project pan items and it helps rotate things WHILE using your project pan items as “supporting characters” vs making them the main characters of the year. Because theyre only there to support the fun new item you rotated in, surprisingly, you put a lot of mileage on the project pan items. That’s how ive managed to actually pan anything in the past lol
I like this tip - thank you!
I like this idea. The thing that puts me off doing a full on project pan is I know there will be times I want to use other things in my collection and by limiting myself to only using certain products I'll soon get bored of them and end up stopping.
I'm tempted to try a game where I use an item once and then stick it in a drawer and don't use it again until I've used every other thing I own in that category at least once. I expect it might end up being a bit too masochistic but I might really learn something about my preferences and maybe even become a better declutterer. 😅
I'm going to try this
I did exactly this with my clothes! (Except the special occasion items/wedding/evening...)
So much stuff in the wardrobe and I always rotate the same clothes 🙄. It was a great experience and I encourage everyone to try it.
I love a good project pan. I wish more creators would do them. I do one for me every year. It's the best way to use up my makeup.
I normally project pan every year, but for 2025 I've decided that I'm going to rotate through items by randomly selecting numbers in my inventory with the goal to use things 3 times to decide if it's worth keeping or decluttering. I need to downsize my hoard. The sparkly things are getting too much. I've pulled out the Glam Face palette from ND to use too! I'm really excited to use it. It's perfect for summer (which it is here in Aus). If i happen to pan some things in 2025, great. But the goal is to no-buy and work through some older products that are sitting around, and to figure out what works for me, what doesn't, and get rid of the things that don't work or I don't like.
Good luck with your project pan! You've picked some great products!
Great idea! 3 uses then keep or pass along! I'll join you
@ oh yay!! Nice! 😁👌🏻 FYI for nail polishes i’m only going to use them once, just because 3 uses would take me a month probably. 😩
I think you can do it! I’m not really doing a project pan but rather a ‘shop my stash’ for both makeup and skincare as I have backups and new products in both. Trying to consume less in 2025 and use what I have. Have a very happy and healthy New Year! 🥳🎊🎈
i BELIEVE IN YOU! i love love project pans and declutters, not only does it align with me and my values (and my own hopes to consume less and use what i have), but i also love seeing the influencers / content creators that have iNFLUENCED me to buy certain products to actually USE them. it scratches the itch and also lets me know that i wasn't "tricked" and that the products are actually being used. x
Buying some new stuff this year has definitely helped me use up some old ancient things. Depotting or putting powder products into vintage compacts and rearranging single shadows, or switching up application methods with new brushes, have helped declutter and finish things even while buying new ones.
And I really mean turning a possibly two decade old drugstore orangey bronzer into a very pretty blonzer/blush in a Stratton pheasant vintage compact. Or realizing old non-funky lip glosses are great lip treatments before applying lipsticks I then experiment using different liners with (blue, purple, brown) as a base for beautiful new shades. 😂 It's been more colour theory and praxis as an olive than "panning" per se, but it's happening!
WOWZER! This is going to be tough. LOVE the idea, but I'm currently enjoying 14 eyeshadow palettes and 7 single shadows. I don't use foundation ... and I have 54 lip products and 18 lip pencils that I'm using. I'm a lunatic, but having a blast!!! I'm going to make an effort..... I hate sunscreen on my face, but was gifted one that I really like. I'm going to try to "pan" that. I have an old eyeshadow palette that is one of my favorites ... I'll add that too. I am also working with A LOT of blushes, both powder, cream and liquid. I'll pick one of those to pan. Ok, so a sunscreen, blush and shadow palette. THANK YOU for the inspiration. I truly needed this!
You could start your own channel!!!! ❤
@@pixieburton3131 You are so funny. Never mind my own channel, I could probably supply Sephora!!!! At this stage in my life, I love it, have fun and thankfully can do it. Besides, why would I want my own channel ... we LOVE Charlotte!!!!!
Project pans, when using up a makeup, feels soooo amazing. I don't do them, I am an extreme makeup minimalist but still feel amazing when I use something up and thank it for its service. It just feels that that product was well-loved and fulfilled its job ❤️
❤ I think you can do it ! I’m going to use up all my foundations before purchasing more . I have 5 . That is way too many . I might have to start wearing foundation to the gym 😂
I too have and love far too many foundations, I actually just now hit purchase on that Patrick Starrr one. I really need to stop and told myself 2025 is a no buy year unless I have nothing at all left! Good luck to you!
Foundation is a problem area for me too.....who am I kidding I have far too much of most things!
For products you can’t tell how much is left, you can use a baking or kitchen scale to weigh them and then track the usage that way.
I am doing a replacement only no-buy. I will not be purchasing anything new unless I'm out of that particular product type; i.e. I won't buy a new foundation until I use up all of my foundations or what I have reaches its expiry limit. Same with concealer, primers, powders, etc. Now with blushes and bronzers, if I run out of a particular shade family, I'll buy a new; i.e. if I run out of nude blushes, I'll buy a new nude blush or if I run out of rosy-toned bronzer, I'll purchase a new rosy-toned bronzer. I'm going to have to be stern with myself, I"m sure, but I NEED to use what I have!
I like that you're not going so far as to force yourself to use these products when you don't want. I have faith in you, Charlotte!
I use the CT setting powder to set my eyeshadow primer, it's a difficult product to use up but very easy to hit pan. You can do it!
Oh my goodness! I love your eye makeup today! I am requesting a tutorial, please?
I’m gonna join you! This sounds fun to me actually. I’m gonna start with 7 things (feels like a good number). Happy New Year 🎉
You’ve reminded me of a strange childhood memory, Charlotte!! My mom of course used lipstick daily (60’s - 70’s); when she could no longer apply it from the bullet, she’d carry a retractable lip brush with the tube, and sort of dig the color out of the tube. It’s strange how the memory works. 🤷♀️
My mom did the same and now I still do. About 1/4 of the product is still in the tube! Some of my lipsticks are expensive and it seems like such a waste to throw them out with so much still in there.
I’ve always done this. Especially if it’s a favourite shade 💄
It saves you a lot of money🤑
I love watching project pan content. I am not on a specific project pan, but I am doing a kind of no-pan-left-behind project. Also, I heard somewhere about having levels for your eye shadow palettes, where level 1 is every shade used at least once with one color hitting pan. Level 2 is every color used twice and 2 colors hitting pan...and so forth. I would like to get all my eye shadow palettes to level 1.
This sounds great, unfortunately I have so many eyeshadow palettes I'll probably be dead before I get to level one on them all 😂
This is so fun ! I naturally pan a lot of my makeup and I've repurchased powder foundations and a few foundation favorites throughout the year. For 2025 I plan on not buying new foundations or concealer or blush lol and use what I have. 😊
I've hit pan on a lot of the shades in the I Need A Nude palette. I kind of feel like that's my "winter palette" and the I Need A Warm will be my "summer palette". I just bought the new matte mini from Natasha as well. It's perfect!!
I fully support and believe that the 12 products you choose to try and hit pan in or completely use up in 2025 is absolutely doable without putting so much pressure on yourself in years past. I’m not a content creator and it’s hard to hit pan or use a makeup product all the way through. You test out and try so much new makeup and skincare for us Charlotte and I’m so grateful. You have always helped me save money and purchase really great products throughout the years.
I’ve never done a “project pan” before but I want to join in. I want to hit pan in my Natasha Denona glam palette. I have major dents in almost every shade. I use it very frequently. I think I can do it. Also one of my Hourglass face and cheek palettes. I have so many I’ve purchased throughout the years. I use my Elephant palette the most often so I’m going to add that one to my new list. As well as my NARS light reflecting foundation! I will use it so often and then I stop for some reason even though I adore it.
So yes I’m going to join you this year and do a project pan for 2025!
I’m sure I will add a few more products to my list but those are my top 3.
Great video as always ❤
An Hourglass palette sounds hard, but if that's all you use you can certainly do it!! This is fun!
@ I agree with you. It’s going to be pretty difficult. I do use that specific palette almost every time I wear makeup so fingers crossed 🤞🏼 I can pan the entire thing or use it up in 2025
😊 I know it is FUN! Like I mentioned I’ve never done a project pan before but why not join in and see if I can do it. Watch I’ll get something new and stop using my Hourglass palette all together lol!
No, I’m truly going to do my best with the three products I mentioned. Are you going to try and pan anything this year for 2025?!
I did that with my Elephant pallet this year, I only have been using it everyday for the past 6 months. I hit pan on one of the finishing powders and almost with the 2nd one, the bronzer is next, now the blushes are harder to hit pan on but they both have dents and the highlighter I never used. I’ll be sad to get rid of it, it’s my favorite of the 3 I have and I love the packaging.
@@BlingyBea That’s the same palette I’m going to try and pan and finish up even though it is my favorite one I own and you can’t get it anymore.
I have a pretty good dent in the bronzer, finishing powder and blushes. However I’ve barely used the highlighter! Hmm 🤔 maybe I’m setting myself up for failure lol 😂 and trying to get rid of a palette I love and adore?! Now I’m second guessing myself haha!
But if you have been using it consistently for 6 months I think I’ll definitely get a great use out it all year long in 2025.
Are you going to try and finish it this year or do you love it too much?
@ I’m going to try and use it up in 2025 cause I have 2 other ones I haven’t used. I was gifted the new Dragon one and I have an older one that was all gold packaging. I do love Hourglass powders. I did finish up Nikkia Joy’s loose powder just yesterda, yeah. When Channel had there older versions of their loose powder and it was being discontinued cause they reformulated it, I bought 2, so I just opened one to pan as well. Good Luck
I believe in you! I am in a Facebook Group which does different project pans all year round. So, I am doing different project pans in 2025 again. I did it this year, but there were too many projects, also I could finish quite a few products. Now I am doing just six different projects this year and two for just a few months. It is fun. Also, i will be on a no-buy til my vacation in April/May for makeup and skincare.
This really hits with me right now because this past year especially I’ve developed this habit of constantly looking for that best product for me especially in foundations concealers and powders so I really do think I want to do a project pan starting in the coming year in those categories to break this habit that has started to become wasteful for me and I want to remind myself to enjoy a product I am enjoying until I’ve really used it and then see what else if anything I want to try and remember that I do not need that new product immediately IF I am enjoying what i currently have
Oh my gosh I get so excited when I pan something. I am like a little kid!!! This will be fun to watch!!
Ive been on project pan for most of 2024 and it continues to 2025. I find that I am quite successful with powders and foundations, colour correctors and concealers as I use them daily, plus eyeliner and mascara.
But its been impossible with lip products, blushes, highlights and bronzers which seem to not even hit pan after years lol
The only bronze I have ever panned is the CT Cream bronzer. I think it’s because it is a cream. As Charlotte said they seem easier to pan. Also, I use it everyday. It’s my all time favorite bronzer.
In the last year I have begun to set it with my Hourglass Diffused Light bronzer. I haven’t panned that yet. Maybe I will pan it this year. 😊
Challenge accepted! On my list is for example the Fenty Foundation Stick, a very old Laura Mercier rouge in "Winter bloom" , the Nars Orgasm eyeshadow quad and Baume enbrace in "Meet cute". Let`s pan them!
I love this. Love that you’re trying to go environmental green.
I’m trying to do the same. I do appreciate though the range of makeup I have - I used to feel awful about it - but, I can really create all the looks I could imagine in my little head, because I’ve the colours etc readily available. And I love makeup - so why shouldn’t I be allowed to have fun.
I feel like if you’re not someone who uses a lot of makeup, or love it as much as some of us do, then it’s wasteful to have a lot. It’s like any other enjoyment/hobby.
Now I just need to stop buying. That’s the trick 🥴 Lipsticks is a really hard one for me😭 I always have at least 5 in my purse hahaha. I do feel like though after getting the new Lisa Eldridge lipstick it’s easier. The shades really hits the spot. Lisa is just a colour magician.
I feel the same, I love make up, always have. Same with skincare and perfume. I use them every day so why shouldn't I have a varied collection? I don't smoke, don't really drink that often - make up is my therapy.
However I do need to stop buying now as I have enough. My plan for 2025 is reduce my purchasing and start shopping my stash to use the products I already own.
I'm trying to use up what I have in my collection before purchasing anything new. I have faith in your project pan and can't wait to see your results in 2025!
I've been doing project pan for the past 4 years. I must admit that I downsized my makeup collection drastically and feel relieved. I am still working on it though. Also, in conjunction with... I don't buy anything new unless I truly need to replace a product. The selection you have chosen is very doable. I think you will be able to hit pan way before the end of 2025. Good luck! Will you be doing an update video about this periodically? Just curious. 😊😊
Of course you can pan/use up these products if that’s what you want to do!
I don’t do a formal project pan; I guess I’m on a perpetual project pan. I just move the next thing in line to the front and use it up, and then go on to the next thing. That is what I do with just about every category. 😊 eyeshadows, I will skip around a little bit, but I always have one that’s my go to that I’m working on using up. Usually the oldest one.
My goal is to use up systematically some hair care and skin care products. I usually do not declutter, unless something has turned weird. Therefore, I have a lot of stuff. Part 2 of my project is a vey strict low buy for 2025. We’ll see…
I have been panning for 5 years and honestly there is no right formula make it work for you! I believe you can do it and enjoy it since you picked items you love! I have picked 25 items I want to use up mostly makeup but a couple fragrance and a couple of skincare items too to give myself some easier ones. The goal is to continue to work through older items and in one case to finish up a face palette. I am not great at panning lipstick so instead I am going to just rotate through them and have fun with it no pressure.
The only thing I have been able to pan is a couple of LE eyeshadows. I’m going to try and pan my Haus Labs foundation NARS radiant tinted moisturizer and my TF foundation! Also the Givenchy loose powder that was reformulated 😮
I'm in on Project Pan 2025! I plan to just see what I can accomplish. I have a few items - foundation, bronzer, blush - that I know I can do for sure. We can do it!
So good to see you, as a luxury brand creator, doing project pan. I’m sure you can do this and you’ve got a wonderful selection of products I’m planning on panning a charlottes tilbury face palette. I’ve got a huge pan in the bronzer but not so much in the other products. I thought this particular one was a mistake and the colors wear too warm for me but after using it a little consistently, they’re very nice. Hoping to do a very low buy as I’ve got an abundance of other products Im excited for us both!
Like you say, it can take the joy out of makeup but it can also be rewarding for those who choose to do so. I have panned the same CT powder but already have three backups... Does that count? 😬?
Generally the products I do try to use up are my liquids, due to expiration. So the only thing I did "pan" in 2024 was the Lisa Eldridge skin tint, Huda concealer, a CT lippie and a Nars lip balm. I have definitely gotten better about keeping my FOMO in check on foundations and concealers and stick with what I know works! Yay me!
I too have a CT powder that I've def panned, yet do I need to use it ALL up, scrape the sides or am I good to let it go. This is my dilemma :)
@@reneegrace7965 😂 If it helps, I would not travel with it? 🫣
I just filmed my first ever Project Pan for Makeup and have been loving it so far! Focusing on a smaller collection of products has really allowed me to play with my technique and different tools. I put in The Charlotte Tilbury Cream Bronzer, Powder Bronzer, and the Face Powder. Love them all! A Bobbi Brown highlighter in Bronze Glow. I also have several lip products; a couple MAC lipsticks that need to get used up before they get gross and three MAC lipglosses, as well as a NYX butter gloss (love these!) I also put in a Pat McGrath mascara, Benefit and MAC mascaras. I don't know how I ended up with 3 different ones open but I am going to remedy that expeditiously! Oh...and the Natasha Deanna Gold Palette! 😂
Back in the olden days we knew that when you see the pan you’re about halfway through the product. We’d regularly use things up because that’s just what you did when you still had product left.
I did this several years ago when I had a lot of make up but was no longer heading into an office. I had great success using the products I loved but they’d sort of fallen by the wayside in favour of the next new ‘treat’ I’d purchased. Anything that really didn’t work went to friends or was just binned. I now only have the make up I really love and can afford the luxe ones I like because I’m not wasting it on so much stuff. If I had a mascara I loved, why did I need to buy 4 others ‘just to see what they’re like’? Swatched all my lipsticks and 80% looked the same shade, just different formulas. Perfumes I whittled down as well, only full bottles of two I use often. I occasionally buy a 10ml size of a new one that takes me a season to use up, then ready for a different one. It’s so satisfying to use up something you love and there’s always something new to buy. Make it a nice experience/experiment and you’ll have better success. 😊
Great project! I am going to pan the Lisa Eldridge skin tint, LE lip balm, prada foundation, and I want to stop buying eyeshadow palettes and just use what I have.
I haven’t had my I Need a Nude palette very long, and certainly don’t use it all the time, but I can see myself easily hitting pan on a lot of shades before the end of 2025. I’m not upset about it. I really enjoy the palette. Just surprised at how quickly I’m going through it. (Worth it.)
Love the idea and already pulled out three items. (Starting small) 😂 I have weight the products where there is no visible line. I have Lisa Eldridge‘s Skin tint, a Artdeco lip balm and a Westman Atelier stick.
You don't need to be a beauty contend creator. You can talk about anything and people watch you because you are funny and entertaining. I really like your movie reviews, for example.
Love the eye look in this video.
I do a lot of tracking uses, say I’ll use a palette or a particular highlighter 10 times before moving on to another, or I’ll focus on four foundations, using each 7 times before moving on to the next one. That way I cycle through my entire collection.
Love that you’re doing this! I love a project pan. I think it’ll be really interesting to see how much you can actually get used. I have faith in you for all but the eyeshadows… I’ve panned some before and they take sooooo many more uses than you think! Unless it’s ABH… they’re so easy to hit pan on. But ND is a lot harder. Good luck, you’ll smash it and it’ll feel like such an achievement!

Yes Charlotte yo can 👍🏻☃️we both have the bronzer and powder project pan in common, they are lovely products so definitely achievable 😊
great initiative! i want to use up Lisa’s liquid highlighter, Givenchy’s velvet matt lipsticks (I have three), Beautypie bronzer (before I buy a better one!) and Dior glow maximozer whicj in shade Rosy I use as a blush but i am not loving it.
I always have a "Go to" set of makeup I wear on days I don't have time to do makeup (picking makeup can take time for me) and that I wear to the gym. This includes a lip shade, bronzer, eyeshadow, matte foundation, concealer, and a blush/highlight. Also my oldest mascara since i dont wear much of a color on the eyes. I pretty much go through at least one of all of those, plus 4 or 5 lipsticks like that every year!
You can do it Charlotte! I love watching project pan videos but find it's mostly US based You Tubers that seem to do videos on them - if anyone has recommendations for other UK based Project Panners please let me know ❤
Every year I say I'm going to do a Project Pan and never get round to it.
Then every year I've considered setting up a channel and never done it.
Maybe it's time 🤔
I don’t care to project pan, but I LOVE watching project pan videos! Do the best you can. I will watch them all ❤
I have already panned a mario bronzer in 3 months..... I love it as I am so fair its the most natural bronzer ever. I look forward to seeing how you do. I have so many blushes maybe I should try to pan some of those.
I think you will get through the NARS foundation, the Lisa Baume Embrace, and the ND eye and face palette for sure! I only ever hit pan on absolute favorites that I use almost daily. Hitting pan on other things gives me a little anxiety. Good luck!
I want to use my Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood. . . . Highlighters up (champagne and pillow talk) as they aren't my favourite, so I've just kept them to the side . . It's either "project pan or project bin" because I don't want to keep products to gather dust. I will try to give things to family where I can, but I can't recommend these 😅
You can absolutely do it. And we should all try to designate some products for such a project. For me, it's Chanel water fresh tint in my summer shade.
I think the products you've chosen are really really smart and I genuinely think that you'd be able to achieve your goals! Yayy!! I am so excited for you!! Good luck!!
This eyeshadow look.. 🤩
I am very excited and didn’t expect you doing a project pan 😅❤
Don’t underestimate the Natasha Denona eyeshadows. I’ve hit pan on two in Retro and Glam and it took me over 60 uses. They are very deep.
I usually pan just eyeshadows since I don’t have to much of everything else.
Love you❤
I think you will do great, all great choices. I want to also pan Mario’s bronzer.
I had to respond…I put your movie on our “watch list”. Some aren’t my normal, but my husband and adult son would like to complain about Juror #2 and Speak No Evil. Son “Juror #2-wth”. Hubby “Speak Bo Evil-how many times did you jump? I jumped enough for both of us”. So hysterical!!! Love the series and pushing me outside my box…onto Longlegs😮❤
There is complexion and cream products that i will prioritize to get some use out of before they go to waste. And so many mascaras...! Yet project pans are not for me. If i feel good enough using it all up, i'd feel bad to run out too🙃
I’ll be doing a project pan again this year. I hit pan on my Fenty bronzers (cream & powder) this year (surprised you couldn’t hear me squeal with excitement lol), so hope to at least finish up the cream one next year 😃
There is nothing more satisfying than seeing pan or finishing up a product ! 💖
I’m also doing a “version” of project pan. I’d like to use/pan at least 5 beauty products this year while I also practice a low buy
I’m also wanting try an idea where I use 1 eyeshadow palette for a week at a time.. to use them more and I think it will help me try a variety of looks with each. Just a thought
I believe in you! I did my first project pan this year and it was a good experience. It‘s very satisfying to use something up or to hit a pan on a product. Don‘t forget to keep us updated.
Im 40 with dry skin, and I use the CT powder everyday to prolong the wear of my foundation.. just a itty bitty dab of it 😘 go trough one every three month.. get so many compliments on my skin 😍🙏🏻
I support you and think you can do it! I'm hoping to pan a few things next year and really give it my all since I'm moving in February and will NOT be taking all of my make up with me, lol!
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that 2025 treats you well!
Nice I want to pan out a metropolis LE balm thingy and a hermes one and the same ND pallete with the cream blush.lets see!
You will do it easily, I am sure😊
I think to go for a low buy for make up and clothes.
I need to think about how low I go 😅
I have a few days left to think about it
Same here! I'm on a no buy 2025 makeup/clothes unless I run out of something which is doubtful. I have already started a list on my phone of everything I've been purchasing as the year comes to an end. Then NO MORE!! good luck!
I just love to hit pan UNLESS it's 1 or 2 eyeshadow shades in a palette, then the rest are basically new... last year I purchased an entire ND face palette for the sparkly eyeshadow that I used up. I think everything should be refillable! Good luck girl! Wait though, what will we do with the palettes that still have a bunch of shades in them do we just trash them? Like your I Need A Nude for example? I guess we could keep using the mattes and put the sparkly shades out of other palettes over the top. Oh what a dilemma!
Love this video, Charlotte! I am always so inspired by a project pan.
Good luck to you, Charlotte! I think you have set some good goals for 2025. I think you can do it. At least for most of the products. I used up a CT stick foundation this year and probably will finish in 2025 the new one I purchased. Mostly I finish mascaras and repurchase so those are my 'pans'. Otherwise, I doubt I will hit pan on anything else. I am retired and don't wear makeup that often. A lab coat would be a good idea for you to wear for the end of 2025 on your pan project.
over 2024 I was looking for my perfect drugstore concealer. I ended up with 5 different shades from NYX, Maybelline and Nars. Now I have to mix up shades to get the right one. I want to finish all of them before I dive in and buy NAtasha Denona concealer which I have big hopes to work and find shade match. For that I started using my concealers as foundation, yet it takes so long to finish it. Also I need to finish my Laura Mercier loose powder-a mini one. I don't like it , seems to darken my concealers and skin tints, and I get shiny quickly..I prefer Hourglass veil powder over it, but Im leaning towards pressed powders, so maybe Charlotte Tilbury...Also I have 2 red lipstick to finish,as they are getting old and not performing as good as they should.
You can do it!❤❤❤❤
I did project pan this year so yes I’m with you.❤
Hi Charlotte ! You can do it! I’m doing a project pan every single year and most of the time , I’ve succeeded. It’s will be very inspiring doing it with you! Happy new year! 🎉
I got through the Hourglass Phantom Glossy Balm in a few months so I'll put money on that one and the Lisa Eldridge. My other bets are the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin and Nars foundations. The rest, IDK.😊
This year I really want to use up my Victoria Beckham bronzing brick and my hourglass blush. The bronzing brick has a pretty good dent in it so I have high hopes!
Very cool project Charlotte 💛 You can do it 💪 This year before buy a new product I need to finish what I have 😅 except mascara safety first, I can’t wait to finish my concealer to have a new one!
I’m excited to see how this goes ☺️
I don't like it, when products expire before I use them up. I don't use makeup every day, so it's harder to use them quick enough. But I was considering to involve in a similar chalenge, bc it is satisfying to use the product up and not toss the money in the bin, especially when I like the product. 😊
I look forward to seeing how well you do on this science experiment.
I started a Project Pan beginning of 2024 and am continuing with it for 2025.
I seem to hit pan on my compact face powder and blushes, but never eyeshadows or highlighters..!🤭
It’s not technically a “project pan” but I am doing a “no buy on make up & skincare” so in theory I will be using up what I have..so, bit of both I guess.
I am writing down what I want and would of bought but putting the money into a savings account which so far has proven to be very useful in making me check what I already have & actually seeing the money transferred has shown me in fact, that the item is not as needed as I thought it was..I have saved £188 so far!
🥂
I decided I was going to keep all the empties for 2025 just out of curiosity. I doubt I'll actually 'pan' much except for cleansers, concealers etc. I'd love to finish one or two of my foundations but don't have too much hope. We'll see 😏
I was thinking of trying to use up some make up but then had a lot bought at Christmas and who can resist not trying new make up in a new bag and using new brushes. I am going to try and not buy unless I dont have any of that item so even if my favourite mascara runs out I wont buy until i have no mascara a of any brand.
You can do it❤
Thank you for the interesting and informative video
Great video 😊
I can safely say my baum embrace will be gone by December 25. 🎉🎉🎉
You can def hit pan on those products.
Hello beautiful Charlotte 😍
What color eyeshadow do you have on, it's so pretty and it pops. Are you going to buy the new Natasha Denona mini palette? I ordered it today as a treat for finishing my 30 radiation treatments. Love that black and silver top or dress, I can't tell as you are sitting down. It's gorgeous on you. Good night, need a lot of rest. I am so burned my breast hurts and is unrecognizable.👍✔️💯❗ I will follow your project pan, good for you, trying again. At least you put products in that you love and use ❤
Trying to hit pan on 6 different eyeshadows since i have NO pan i my collection. Also 4 different lipsticks.
I am feeling torn on this ... One side of me wants to use the make uo products I actually have more ... instead of always looking out for what's around the corner, newer etc. ... On the other side I feel like it's kind of decadent/not normal to be happy about an empty product ... anyway ... not judging or anything. I am certainly not better than anyone else here 😂
I know for sure I will finish foundations, concealers, colour corrector, primers, setting powder, liquid blush and liquid bronzers in 2025 because it is a no-buy year for me. I don’t want to pan my powder bronzers because some of them aren’t available for sale anymore in my country
Charlotte, or any tiher makeup lover, how long is too long to keep makeup? I'm specifically thinking of eyeshadow palettes...
I know what the "right" answer is, but I'd love to know what people actually do.
On a side note, I just saw a really rude comment on here. I'm sure it's not your first. But I'm sorry you have to deal with that. I don't know why people need to be so negative. I so enjoyed your intro and explanation of your project pan!
💜💜💖
I’ve never tried the Tom ford foundation. The man is just TOO expensive. I mean, Charlotte - not even Prada’s cost that much. Ouch🥴
