Loved this but as a NC girl born & raised, I've found many whole shells that were fairly large over my 36 years but I also spent time looking for them. I'd always bury them back in the sand after I found them. But 99% of the shells I've found were broken or whole but small. I'm not a shell collector or anything, I just have always loved looking for shells on the beach. We always go down to Atlantic Beach but it's not the same anymore, just a bunch of condos now for the most part. But the OBX itself is absolutely beautiful. It's my most favorite place on earth. 💟
