I'm glad to see this continuing. :) I'd not heard about the controller mode controversy at all, but I can understand how something like that would cause a stir. I don't have the credibility of having tried it out, but I share Johny's feelings on it. I just get the impression that anyone using the simpler mode would be able to have their cake and eat it too. Which I think would be fine, but only if it's universal because anyone not using it is essentially struggling more for no gain. I think, just like with anything else in a fighting game, it has to be balanced. I'm sure you're both enjoying SF6 right now. :) And hopefully Diablo whenever it feels like letting you in. :P Looking forward to the next episode!

I've never played sf until a little of 5 to get ready for 6. I come from anime fighters like p4au so it's a big learning curve 😅
