This week we drive our self built campervan conversion towards central spain, finding some of the best spanish park ups along the way, this country offers some amazing wild camping!
We find a couple of spanish dams, and a castle, as well as Lou getting the chance to play in her new kayak in an awsome lakeside camp spot.
Follow us on our journey as we attempt to create a proper youtube travel series as we travel across Europe during this global pandemic.

Hi Girls, just wanted to let you know in case you didn't know there's a setting on the the drone that will tell the drone to return to were the handset is if you're moving it keeps updating its return to home and saves have to fetch it, hope it helps! have a great trip!

Wow...you find some lovely spots to stop and the khyak is really getting some use. So nice, with hardly any people about, used to be able to finds places like that in the uk...sadly, apart from Scotland, those days are gone. Have a great week! Mick

@@campervibe I should have been in Spain myself by now. I was going to rent an apartment for winter, but covid put pay to that.. so I bought a van. If I ever get the batons done, I may even finish it before the spring..heres hoping! Take care have fun
As the on going batons is still causing a couple of sticking points. Can I ask Louise 2 questions please. What baton did you fit above the rear doors and how did you fit it? ...and how did you fit the one above the cab...a right angle drill or just stuck it up? Thought I’d mention something that you may not be aware of, although a little early in their life cycle just yet.... please be aware of ‘processionary caterpillars’..... found all around there and right up thru France... usually latish December thru March.
Deadly to dogs...... maybe you’re already aware but thought I’d mention.

Hey girls, funny how I think if asked most people from the UK if they had been to Spain, they would say yes! But not the Spain you’re showing us. It’s so nice all the beautiful country side rivers hills and lake. It is a great travel show plus the added real life comedy. It makes my Sunday.

Quick question if you could help us on this one. Have you had any problems refilling you gas bottle in centeral Europe? We have a refillable bottle and have been refused at UK stations as it's "against petrol station policy" to refill bottles.
Spring 2021 will be our time to cross the channel. Can't wait!
Hi Peter, thank you. We've had no trouble at all, we have a set of adapters as you'll need them for different countries. We have an external fill point on ours which is why I believe the garages have no problems, we also have no issues in the UK too, where I know just getting the bottle out is an issue for most garages, not sure about over here tho.

We have been in our campervan/MoHo in all weathers and it's no problem for us. It's just the logistics of being in a different country that I'm trying to sort.

Those ants reminded me of something you should be careful of, the processionary caterpillar, particularly hazardous for AJ, and other dogs, they have poisonous hairs on their backs so if you see a long string of them avoid.
Another interesting aspect of Spanish wildlife is the Hoopoe bird, when I first heard it through the night I thought it was some sort of burgler alarm that was faulty as it was repeated at over and over again at the same interval, in fact another camper said he was going to find that "Damn" alarm and hit it with a hammer said it had kept him awake all night LOL

Another great episode. Lovely locations and some fantastic drone footage. Don't complain too much about it being a bit chilly in the mornings, as N. Kent is cold and has just had two days of torrential rain and high winds battering us. I know where I'd rather be!

Husband and I will be heading down that way in spring 2021 after getting a VW camper recently and now ready for early retirement and end of December. Hammock straps got delivered today haha! @@campervibe well ive climbed in a few over the years (not in the middle of lakes mind ;) hahaha!!) dont laff ----one of my long time park ups in midlands ,theres a huge hollow oak tree, my ole mates wud pop down n we created our own 'Kinverbury' instead of glastonbury, we'd explored it, my dogs were 17yrs on the road with me & wot adventures we had, pigsy died 6mnths b4 but the night tictac my other beautiful dog died, i buried her on my mates land up the road from the park up where id buried pigsy , my 2 mates had gone, and it was the 1st time in 17yrs i was completly alone, i was soooo upset, and there were things i wanted to say to my wuffs that i hadnt , so after a couple swigs of tequila i climbed into the ole oak tree...and altho i never heard any replys , i spoke to them and all i can say is the feeling of being hugged and a state of peace, once i was in there was so powerful, and when i climbed out, i felt calm and not so alone..so i do believe in portals to spirit worlds, and they transfered there love back to me......but i may just be an ole hippie !!! :)
Thats lovely, I think its amazing that people can find peace in so many different ways. When your pooch dies it is a pain like no other so I get where your coming from 🙂👍

Just wondering.....are you anywhere near Calpe?....went there many moons ago in December...was very warm for us brits!.....spaniards wearing coats and hats....we on beach in swimwear.....locals amazed...calling us ‘loco’ and laughing....Were we ‘bovvered’?...NOT☀️☀️ yes Spain is a bit large....and most people live round the edge...quite mountainous and barren in the middle surprisingly....however magical scenery....so awesomely filmed by ‘emiou’ productions 👍👍 kyak wars are hotting up , I see?!...love how proud Lou is and how unimpressed Emily is(but loves the adventure of it all really!)....you two are really on cloud nine...whatever the weather!!...Emily where’s’ the piella?.....get with the espangol vibe girl...love everywhere you have shown us....and the music you choose is lovely....’lockdown nan’alias Sue...🦮an is a star!!!...how is summer coping without you??
We have seen some lovely countryside this past week, its been amazing and the weather has been pretty good to us as well. Oh yeah I do find it funny when you see locals in full clothing and you are in shorts and tee shirts 😆 Summer is doing well, Joanie sends us little pics and videos of her which is lovely and we facetime her as well, not that she cares 🤣 hope all is well your end 😀

I found out that sometimes is better to change "return to home to stay" and "hover in place" mode in drone if theres concern of lost signal. Any problems yet with lockdown cities?

@@campervibe I was surprised about seeing that cool, hand painted camper (with the white stealth camper near it, both German number plates) in one of your recent video's (the Benicàssim - castle Xivert video). I've seen those two campers near the Carrefour at the Decathlon Vinaròs, Spain (Vinaròs, my favorite, which you've passed on your way to Benicàssim). A pity nobody was around to have a talk with.
