SuperninjaYTbro have you ever heard of weight to power ratio? And also the squealer based of the f1 ,f1 cars have tos of downforce making them slower ,the bike doesn't have this issue and the aerodynamics is already great ,that's why it can beat it
Being pulled by gravity, while the cop car is actually being slowed down by the engine limiter, gravity is so strong at that point, it would be faster to take the foot off the accelerator. The pivot obviously having no engine isn't being limited by anything
