    That's a very nice vintage piece of test equipment! Thanks for the "tour". I would say the only downside is sourcing those large batteries for the B+. I have some old portable tube radios that use 45 and 67 volt batteries, which don't seem to be available anymore.

    I typically use a RCA Senior VoltOhmyist WV-97 VTVM for critical things and an '80s Sears VOM for basic things. I may just have to find one of those Triplett meters now, though.

    Are those batteries still available and from where ..I need batteries for my meter 631

    Those boxes are spare batteries at top of meter
