That's a very nice vintage piece of test equipment! Thanks for the "tour". I would say the only downside is sourcing those large batteries for the B+. I have some old portable tube radios that use 45 and 67 volt batteries, which don't seem to be available anymore.
I typically use a RCA Senior VoltOhmyist WV-97 VTVM for critical things and an '80s Sears VOM for basic things. I may just have to find one of those Triplett meters now, though.
