For me they started when I was 30. Now eighteen years later they are still here. I had a battery of tests through the years. Always that’s my heart is normal besides the extra beats. For the most part I get a few a day. On a good day I get none. Like 5 years ago I had a flare up where I was getting them all day. It lasted like 3 months then they suddenly toned down. I never taken any meds only magnesium. PVC gives me major stress and anxiety. But on the flip side Only pro to this problem is my faith growth. Reading the Bible and prayer It’s what gives me peace. I take One day at a time. Without that I don’t know where I be. I Hope my story helps you

Thank you so much for your story, means more than you know and truly does help me to hear others journeys.
We have very similar stories, only I'm 15 years behind you! Your story does help, especially considering how similar they are. This experience has certainly been a factor in my faith journey, I too read the bible and pray daily and will heed your advice at just taking it one day at a time.

You ever use a heart rate phone app and see the pvcs on them? They pick up when the pulse pauses

Yeah I used/use the kardiamobile app and ekg along with it. It’s nice to have but readings aren’t always accurate. Nice to record them and send to my cardiologist for sure.

Wow that's a big change. An entire minute! That's great. I feel alot better after running for a minimum of 20 minutes vs 15. Not really sure why that is, and I'm sure it's highly subjective, but I always shoot for a minimum 20.

Found your video and I wanted to let you know your not alone. I’m a 31 year old woman and I get them everyday as well. I wore a hoilter monitor for 30 days and mine came back less then 1% ventricular trigeminy which even though the percent seems low. I still have so many that I feel. It’s worse in the morning for me. I exercise quite a bit but I still very much get them. My doctors also told me I could just live with them, that there not dangerous. Kinda hard to believe that when your experiencing them. I also got prescribed metoprolol but decided not to do it because my heart rate can get low on it’s own and I don’t need the heart rate to drop further. Anyways… just wanted to let you know. I totally understand what your going through. I’ve been talking to my therapist about it and all I can do is keep reassuring myself that I’ll be okay. You will be too :)

Thank you so much for sharing! Reading others experience truly does help me, knowing I am not alone for some reason is super comforting to me.
How long have you dealt with them for?
Seeing a therapist and slowly weaning off metoprolol is something I have planned for the next few months. I don’t experience the low heart rate like you but feel that metoprolol hasn’t done much to help me.

@@gwheel3502 I’ve had them as far as I know, for a year. I might have been getting them earlier but I never took notice. I suffer with anxiety but I get them even when I’m not having anxiety. It sucks so bad to have these for majority of the day. Messes with your mental health. But they say it can’t kill you lol. So I just hold on to that to get through the day. Yeah but definitely your not alone. A lot of people have it, some people don’t even know they have it.

@@SayianMel couldn’t agree more, definitely messes with your MH even when we are reassured that they aren’t harmful. I think having anxiety is a huge factor, it’s a vicious cycle, you get them potentially because of anxiety and having them gives you anxiety 😟
