  • This Video introduces the FFT analysis function of the power meter for centerless grinding machines. The power meter for centerless grinding machines can perform FFT vibration analysis using strain gauges. By using this function to monitor vibrations of 1 to 200 Hz that occur during centerless grinding, it is possible to maintain optimal grinding conditions. Also, by setting a vibration value threshold, abnormal vibration can be detected and the machine can be returned to its original position.

The µ-ForceEye is a measuring instrument that detects blade deflection as force during machining by attaching a dedicated sensor to the work rest.
