If a UPSC aspirant if watching this long interview at 1x you can imagine the quality of the content. The most attractive thing I realised is- how naturally this show is shot. I mean unscripted. And that's actually relatable because neither terrorism, corruption or forest is defined in any government or UN documents. It puts a limitation as soon as we does it. Let the guest answer their question first. Tweaking/rephrasing question is fine. 2- Sometimes observations/generalizations of your colleagues might be correct. Let the guest decide. (Denim shirt question in this interview). I feel you are underestimating the smartness of your colleagues.
Yes that was a beautiful question indeed. As far as I have read about the phenomena of dressing if I'm not wrong for Zakir Khan also is: 1. It saves you a lot of time and money choosing your clothes everytime, instead you can buy same type of clothes. 2. Also you know it looks really good on you so you are more confident as trying different colors and type of clothes creates a nervousness and might reflect on your performance (which is the most Important part) 3. It creates a brand image of yours in public, and easy to remember you. Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg and many such personalities are using this technique of wearing same type of clothes. Because in larger picture is what matters the most for which they are known is what they do, not what they wear
I'd followed the entire stand up comedy scene 7-8 years ago when it really gained prominence. Needless to say, as soon as I saw Zakir the first time, I was a fan. I've not been as enamoured by Zakir, or for that matter any stand up comic, in the last couple of years. And yet I watched the whole two hour video at a stretch. This man is something else. Hats off, really.
When I was teaching in college, I screened 2 videos of zakir khan to 3rd and 4th year engineering students as life lessons, to teach them that everyone can train themselve to achieve anything in their life and to learn from the losses. Zakir khan you are an institution if people listen to you with whole heart. Those videos were tedtalk-journey of a joke and spoken with jaffery sir

Seeing 2 hr long video, started by just watching initial few mins- the highlights. This is best & most honest interview of this series by far.
If a UPSC aspirant if watching this long interview at 1x you can imagine the quality of the content. The most attractive thing I realised is- how naturally this show is shot. I mean unscripted. Feels like I am also standing in the audience there. As Zakir bhai makes feel always. eager to watch future shows, like the diverse personalities are invited. And Zakir bhai- Sirf padne se, insan nhi sikhta h, mehsoos krna bhi utna hi zaroori h. (For Divyakirti sir wali baat)

@@rohandash06 relax buddy. I believe in hearing to the best of the professionals, like him. He pointed to a fundamental point that- Art can't be defined and any such attempt is meaningless. And that's actually relatable because neither terrorism, corruption or forest is defined in any government or UN documents. It puts a limitation as soon as we does it.

1- When your colleagues finish a question you should not change the course of the discussion completely. Let the guest answer their question first. Tweaking/rephrasing question is fine.
2- Sometimes observations/generalizations of your colleagues might be correct. Let the guest decide. (Denim shirt question in this interview). I feel you are underestimating the smartness of your colleagues.

As far as I have read about the phenomena of dressing if I'm not wrong for Zakir Khan also is:
1. It saves you a lot of time and money choosing your clothes everytime, instead you can buy same type of clothes.
2. Also you know it looks really good on you so you are more confident as trying different colors and type of clothes creates a nervousness and might reflect on your performance (which is the most Important part)
3. It creates a brand image of yours in public, and easy to remember you.
Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg and many such personalities are using this technique of wearing same type of clothes.
Because in larger picture is what matters the most for which they are known is what they do, not what they wear

I'd followed the entire stand up comedy scene 7-8 years ago when it really gained prominence. Needless to say, as soon as I saw Zakir the first time, I was a fan.
I've not been as enamoured by Zakir, or for that matter any stand up comic, in the last couple of years. And yet I watched the whole two hour video at a stretch.
This man is something else.

When I was teaching in college, I screened 2 videos of zakir khan to 3rd and 4th year engineering students as life lessons, to teach them that everyone can train themselve to achieve anything in their life and to learn from the losses. Zakir khan you are an institution if people listen to you with whole heart. Those videos were tedtalk-journey of a joke and spoken with jaffery sir

Seeing 2 hr long video, started by just watching initial few mins- the highlights. However, beyond highlights, it happen to extend by a min...thats where I got hooked and 2 hours felt so short for this kind of wisdom with class humour!!!
