The schools in Frederick have a good rating. I always tell my clients to checkout Greatschools.org when it comes to school ratings. Is there a certain part of Frederick that you are interested in?
It should also be mentioned that Frederick city is very liberal, while the rural parts outside the city limits are more conservative. Keep that in mind because since Frederick county is a liberal county, it’s possible schools could implement CRT in the future. Your best bet might be living in Carroll county which is only about 20-25 minutes from the city limits and brings you closer to the city of Westminster. You could also live in Taneytown, Mt Airy, or on the other side of the mountains in Washington county between Hagerstown and Frederick.

I always stay in Rockledge Ct. when I visit Frederick. It is a simple place but I like. Very quiet.
