Federico Moura, Virus Singer and leader, produced Soda Stereo’s 1st album.
No conocía Virus y suena bastante bien.
@@ekhymosisrocknohamuerto5184 soy mexicana pero admiro muchisimo a Virus- Federico Moura..un genio sensual
"Imágenes Paganas" must be in top 50 of the most beautiful compositions in music history.
Yes, the best Argentine group and the best composers Daniel Sbarra / Enrique Muguetti and Federico Moura, creators of “Imágenes Paganas”
Hi Frank. You are right, Federico Moura the singer, produced the first Soda's album.
Cheers
Federico Moura had a very peculiar voice, good memories from mid 80's, golden age of Argentinian pop/rock!
Virus was very well known for its live performances, putting great care on how they sounded, and for Federico Moura’s charisma
Gracias Por Dedicarle a Virus .su programa!!
Soy de Argentina.. 🇦🇷😄

"Himno de mi corazón" (Hymn of my heart), from Abuelos de la nada; is from the same period in argentinean music.
You'll love it aswell, for sure!!
# Pagan Images (Lyrics / Lyrics) #
I come exhausted from singing, in the fog.
Along the highway by the sea, there are gypsies.
They are celebrating a ritual, ignoring.
My own gods are gone, mirages
A swirl, mix
Kisses and absence.
Pagan images
They will undress in dreams.
In the mirror, traveling reflections.
A sentimental blackout
The route passes.
Desire and anxiety return
Of this body
My mouth wants to pronounce
The silence.
A swirl, mix
Kisses and absence.
Pagan images
They will undress in dreams...
# With lyrics you enjoy even more ;-) #
💙Virus que hermosa epoca del rock argentino

Gracias Frank! Saludos!
Gracias, gracias Frank!!!
Back in the mid-80s I was in Buenos Aires. Some friends took me to a party at someone's house and I was playing Virus. only the perfect and unique The Police songs played. Then they helped Soda Stereo on their first album. Later Federico Moura died of AIDS. all in just two years...
Que hermoso . Me trae tantos buenos recuerdos . Gracias !!!!!
Yes yes yes love this song! His voice is so beautiful (almost like that other singer... lol)
Wonderful song of Virus great reaction men

Excelent!!!!👏👏👏I love this Band! In the beginning they mixed pop with punk. For example Wadu Wadu (1981) Rock/Pop/Punk very high, energetic rythms
Yes! More Virus, they're underrated
Great lyrics. Masterpiece.
Frank ..👏👏👏👏thanks .I love Federico and Virus is the best Group Ibero latino americano. Deberías ver y escuchar...ENCUENTRO EN EL RIO musical. gracias Frank.
Great virus band, excellent voice that of Federico Moura .. I have not lived at that time but today listening to Virus with and without Federico Moura and it is not the same. He was a master of Argentine Rock and even produced the first album of Soda Stereo👏
Excellent Frank! Virus 💪
No recordaba su excelente voz en vivo! Barítono si no me equivoco... PRONTA ENTREGA Pleaseee..
Thanks Frank ! reaction Virus !!!
Thank you Frank!
I love Virus, and YES we want more of them! Greetings from Peru!
Virus and Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota were the biggest bands of the city of La Plata. Federico was a gigantic artist and Virus, with him as a leader, was essential to the new wave rock in latin america. He was diagnosed with HIV in 1987, some people say that even in that concert he was ill and had a fever. He passed away in 1988, same year as Miguel Abuelo and one year after Luca Prodan. That was devasting for the 80's argentinian rock.
Another great song is ´´ Pronta Entrega´´, react to that one Frank!
Me dió un aire a A-ha ...
Hermoso tema, enorme Virus.
Abrazo Frank! 💙
My favourite band ! Greetings from Argentina !
ruclips.net/video/nBC6T6uvTYg/видео.html 1987
Grazie Frank
Great song Frank. Thank you for make me feel a teenager once again.
In this video, the singer was sick with AIDS and had a 40-degree fever. He also sang. One year later he died.
Moura was the producer of the first album of Soda Stereo... you must hear this song but in studio version, it`s amazing!
If I can make another virus request, it would be Que hago en Manila? A big fave of mine! It made me really happy to see you reacting to them, one of the smoothest argentinian bands EVER!!
Virus & Soda were "sisters bands" Federico Moura was 1st album Soda's producer named " Soda Stereo"
At the time of this video, Federico Moura was in the same situation as Freddy Mercury when he recorded Innuendo. He was dying of AIDS but was still recording records with his band VIRUS .... so this recital is almost a farewell on his part.
Not only Federico Moura (Virus singer) produced Soda Stereo's first album, but he also was a good friend to Gustavo Cerati. Sadly, three of our more iconic artists died in the term of one year: Luca Prodan (Sumo, 12/1987), Miguel Abuelo (Los Abuelos de la Nada, 03/1988), and Federico Moura (Virus, 12/1988). I'd like to suggest a song called Pronta Entrega: ruclips.net/video/FgrbLikFXGk/видео.html
Virus and Soda Stereo were contemporary bands, they played together several times. Virus had such an elegant sound unmatched at the time
Hi Frank, oh so good , great band Virus, and great reaction too.
¡de mis bandas argentinas favoritas! únicos y auténticos
Más de VIRUS, por favor, gran banda.
As nother really great band to check out is Eruca Sativa from Argentina. Just recently discovered them and they are blowing me away with their exceptional and innovative live shows
It is a great a power trio with two front girls and a male drummer, they belong to the last generation of argentine rock and they come from the countryside!
This was the first band of Pop in Argentina. They were vanguard.
There were others first but Virus was undoubtely the most refined and elegant!
Federico Moura was the producer of the first Soda album from 1984 (the first Virus LP came out in late 1981). "Imágenes paganas" was one of his most famous songs, probably inspired by the sound of The Smiths, of whom Federico was declared an admirer. In fact, it's quite similar to "There's a light that never goes out", although the song of Virus was recorded at the beginning of 1986, several months before the classic of the four of Manchester was published.
Amo a virus 🥰😘
Friend Frank thank you very much for your reactions to Argentine music. There are many bands and musicians, from Mr. Roll y sus Rockers (in the style of Bill Halley), El Club del Clan or Sandro in the '60s (it was known as the Argentine ELVIS), to many bands Los Gatos, Tanguito, Pappo, Billy Bond, Miguel Abuelo, Almendra, Moris, Manal, and towards the end of the ‘60s several separations gave way to new bands in the ‘70s such as Aquelarre, Pescado Rabioso and Vox Dei. There also arise La Pesada, Sui Generis, Arcoiris, Pedro y Pablo, Los Abuelos de la Nada, Invisible, David Lebon, La Cofradía de la Flor Solar, Pappo's Blues, Orion's Beethoven, Leon Gieco, Piero, Raúl Porchetto, Rock Sam, Vivencia, Pastoral, Alma y Vida, La Máquina de Hacer Pájaros. Already in the mid-‘70s Seru Giran, Riff, Crucis, Espíritu, El Reloj, Alas, Invisible, El Reino de Munt, Plus and Soluna would appear. Already towards the end of the '70s it was the worst stage of Argentine Rock where only Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota, Los Baraja, Tantor, Spinetta Jade, Arsis and the consolidation of Seru Giran kept the flame burning. Already in the '80s rock exploded and hundreds of Bands emerged Gustavo Santaolalla (Arcoíris), Juan Carlos Baglietto, Virus, Miguel Mateos with Zas, Los Abuelos de la Nada (new formation), Sumo, with the death of Luca Prodan in the late ‘80 two bands are born from their lineup Divididos/Las Pelotas, Sueter, Los Twist, Viudas e Hijas de Roque Enroll, Soda Stereo, Friccion (band where Gustavo Cerati was also part), Los Encargados, V8/Hermética/Horcas, GIT, Identi-Kit, La Sobrecarga, Don Cornelio y La Zona, Los Violadores, Los Enanitos Verdes, Cosmeticos, Autobus, Fito Paez, Sissi Hansen, Geniol con Coca, Duna, Los Pericos, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Orions, Todos Tus Muertos, Silvina Garre, María Rosa Yorio, Celeste Carballo, Sandra Mihanovich, Alejandro Lerner, Lalo de los Santos, Rubén Goldin, La Torre, Andres Calamaro, Fabiana Cantilo, Metropoli, Fabian Gallardo, Frappe/El Corte, Alphonso S'entrega, Man Ray, Clap/La Portuaria, Los Auténticos Decadentes, Rata Blanca, JAF, Nepal, Apocalipsis, Attaque 77, Ratones Paranoicos (los Rolling Stones argentinos), La Renga, Los Piojos/Ciro y Los Persas, Claudia Puyo. Already in the 90s the rhythm of bands continues. The most prominent are Babasonicos, Los Brujos, Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas, El Otro Yo, Massacre Palestina, Peligrosos Gorriones, Juana La Loca, Los Visitantes, Tia Newton, Intoxicados, Malon, Martes Menta and many others.
Perfect reaction
More, more, more "Virus"..."Encuentro en el río"...is amazing.
Frank ! In the studio song, The one who contributed a guitar arrangement was Gustavo Cerati, in one of those meetings that we used to have ”
Beautiful
Aguante Virus!! Los amaba en mi adolescencia.
Federico Moura Was the producer of the first Soda álbum.
Lindo momento para reaccionar a virus 🙉
Soda Stereo, Zas and Virus are contemporary bands.
For your information, Federico Moura, Virus singer was the producer of Soda Stereo's debut album in 1984.
Frankie 😃this singer is like the David Bowie of his time and we all grow whit this music in the disco or in the birthdays and yes he die of hiv😢.
FRECUENCIAS RIFE y AUDIOS SUBLIMINALES totally agreed! Totalmente de acuerdo! He is David Bowie Latino. Fantastic singer, composer and dramatic interpreter of Argentinian Underground
De sida, aids
Mega thumbs up!!!
this guys were the new wave!
Wow, l like very much this Argentinian band from the ´80, specially Luna de Miel.
Gran, gran banda argentina!!! 👏👏👏😍
Asi encontro y apoyo a Soda Stereo.
Este tema lo prueba ruclips.net/video/2qdYPkak1H4/видео.html.
Tambien te sugiero de Virus: "Encuentro en el Rio Musical" "Mirada Speed"
Mirada Speed! en vivo!
ruclips.net/video/Gnm4sEXWjB8/видео.html
Ya analizó El río musical. :)
Virus fue inspiración para Soda Stereo.
Plus the remaining members of Virus got together with Soda Stereo to play music from both bands under the name Vida
Hermosa banda y Federico Moura un genio irrepetible!!!
Thank you Frank, mayb you already read it,
Federico Moura was Soda Stereo debut Album Producer and Gustavo considered Federico an excelent Musican / Singer / Performer
By the time they performed at this show Federico was already awared of his situation with AIDS, he knew that the end was near for him, many people said that this is why he sings with that special shine in his eyes.
POLVOS DE UNA RELACION is another VIrus great song
Like many said actually Virus helped Soda Stereo in their beginnings not viceversa
Virus !!! Tremenda banda!!! Saludos !
Virus Is pre-Soda Stereo. In fact, Virus singer produced the first Soda Stereo album.
Since “Wadu Wadu” the Moura brothers have been improving more and more until they are a kind of hypnotic band, the melodies, the voice, the lyrics and live Federico had that magnetic spirit. I remember this recital in Vélez in 1985 where Soda, Virus, Los Abuelos de la Nada, Sumo, GIT, Zas, La Torre, Charly García and Fito Páez stood out and among the foreigners INXS, Nina Hagen, La Unión and Blitz performed. They were 3 wonderful days with the Argentine bands and the overwhelming INXS, wow! What a terrible band, the madness of Nina Hagen, La Unión and its song, Werewolf in Paris and the Brazilian Blitz and its freshness. Link: Wadu Wadu ruclips.net/video/IzVnNcFZ_ic/видео.html
Beautiful...thanks
Excelente virus! Grandioso Federico Moura, inigualable.
The sound of Virus was superior to all of the rest at the time. They were very carefull with the quality of the sound.
I think you should try to do a cover of this song, Franco.
You also should listen: "Mirada Speed", "¿Qué hago en Manila?", "Tomo lo que encuentro", all by Virus.
Absolutely. Frank, with his voice record, could do a cover that would sound great.
Hello Frank, it is very gratifying to see you react to the silver rock that marked the lives of many teenagers like me in the beautiful times of the 80 '... soda, virus, sumo, spinetta, charly, fito, etc ... Greetings my rocker friend
Yaaas virus!, please react to "tomo lo que encuentro" or "wadu wadu" for something more upbeat.
Virus was formed before Soda Estereo, and Virus leader Federico Moura was the one who produced the first Soda Estereo album.
