He literally takes a reciprocating saw and cuts the fenders larger (among other things). Keep in mind that the rear “fenders” are welded in quarter panels and not some replaceable body part.

This thing has no aerodynamic study and is dangerous to fly away at high speeds. For those who know gas fluidity, they understand what I mean. The rest of you are satisfied with the visual effect.
