Not to diss, I'm sorry, but Finland is both poorer than Norway now at the moment, and looks to have worser prospects in the future than Norway, as well. Unless something miraculous happens.
OTOH, Finland does have a considerably better army and even military overall, so there's that. They also have somewhat better - read: more traditional, strict - education system.
