This is an explanation from lombokfriendly Hi , thanks for doing this awesome reaction. Really enjoyed it. Sending you big hugs from Indonesia. Most people were asking: What are those headpieces she wore? Those headpieces (crowns) she wore called Tiara for females or Mahkota for males. In the past you must wear those kind of headpieces to identify yourself as a royal family member and normally made of gold and silver with diamond installed in the middle of it. Every diamond placed in a Tiara or Mahkota can't be just a normal diamond. It has to be something with a magical power. Meanwhile, headpieces for the usual people are made of clothes. Headpiece is one the most important outfits for almost every ethnic group in Indonesia. Even more important than shirts. In my original tribe and many others, we don't wear shirt for males, We usually wear 3 pieces of sarong (a loose cloth) to cover our waist up to the knee (No shirts on) and of course a headpiece. In my own tradition (Sasak in Lombok) headpiece isn't just an accessory. It is actually more as a symbol that you appreciate your head and to prove that you are responsible to protect it even from the heat. Headpiece is the very first thing you wear when you're born. Your parent will have it made for you a month before you even born. Nowadays, everyone can wear any kind of royal headpieces during their wedding ceremony and many other special occasions. Traditional costumes worn in the video: 1. From the ethnic group (Tribe) of Dayak in Kalimantan called Ta'a (for females) Sapei Sapaq (for males). Their headpieces are made of Hornbill feathers. This is just one of the many traditional costumes belong to the Dayak tribe. 2. I think is from the Kohongian tribe in Sulawesi Utara. This us just one of the many of them in Sulawesi Utara. 3. Based on the headpiece she wore, I think it is from the Asmat tribe called Sali made of bark and decorated with cassowary and bird of paradise feathers. Again, there are so many other traditional costumes in Papua. 4. Kebaya Labuh from the province of Riau. 5. Limpapeh Rumah Nan Gadang from the province of West Sumatera. 6. Payas Agung, Bali. 7. Kebaya Brokat from West Java. 8. Bula Molik (Crescent) made of silver and Gold. What are they singing? (Please refer to the traditional outfits as well because the songs and outfits represent the region where they originated) This video showcases 9 traditional folk songs from 9 ethnic groups out of 879 ethnic group existed in Indonesia. The main song is Bagimu Negeri - One of our national songs. As an Indonesian, there is no way you not gonna cry when singing or listening to that song. It is our oaths to the mother land. Our promises to the nation. And as the answer to the prayers of our parent which Alffy described perfectly through that young mother singing lullaby to her newly born son. A lullaby can't only be just a nice song to bring you to sleep, it consists a prayer, wishes and hopes of our parent to see us grow as someone useful to the nation. Nothing can make them happier than that. By the way, here's the list of the folk songs featured: 1. Paris Barantai from Kalimantan Selatan 2. Si Patokaan from Sulawesi Utara 3. Sajojo from Papua 4. Soleram from Riau 5. Janger from Bali 6. Manuk Dadali from Jawa Barat 7. Anak Kambing Saya from Nusa Tenggara Timur 8. Kampuang Nan Jauh di Mato from Sumatera Barat 9. Tak Lelo Lelo Ledung from Jawa Tengah National song featured is Bagimu Negeri. What is that traditional musical instrument he's playing? That musical instrument is a traditional Dayak instrument called Sape. You must check out UYAU MORI playing Sape SOLO which will bring you into the world of true relaxations. Who did the speech and what is it about? It was the original proclamation speech done by our first president Soekarno. Are those places real? The buildings and nature scenery were all real but yes, CGI effects applied to make the video looks more cinematic. Those floating buildings are; Rumah Gadang (Sumatera), Rumah Toraja (Toraja), Borobudur Buddhist temple (Jogjakarta), and Pura Ulun Danu (Bali). If I'm not mistaken, the Goddess statue where the singer starts her singing is at Royal Pitamaha, Ubud, Bali. Of course they're not floating in real except Pura Ulun Danu which situated on the lake. What is the Symbol that awaken the dragon? It is called Surya Majapahit or known as Dewata Nawa Sanga - The 9 Gods that protect the universe from 9 different dimension compass wise. What are those creatures? The creatures you see at the end of the video are GARUDA and a Dragon known as ANTABOGA from the mythology of the ancient Majapahit kingdom . Antaboga is believed to be the guardian of the underearth dimension. That's why you will find it featured in many of our traditional carvings, crafts, and even in our architectural designs. Meanwhile, Garuda is the main symbol of our country (You can't really showcase it for commercial purposes because It's protected by law). Garuda itself is a huge gigantic bird that can only be found in Indonesia. And is believed by the Hindu as the main vehicle of God Vishnu. Where they shot this video? 1. GWK - Garuda Wishnu Kencana in Bali which known as one of the biggest statues in the world. 2. Royal Pita Maha, Ubud 3. Taman Nusa, Bali 4. Ubud Valley 5. Baleurang, Ubud. Note: Trust me, there are thousands of 'mysteries' yet to be unfold in Indonesia (Nusantara). By the way, thank you for the awesome reaction. It means a lot for all of us in Indonesia.

Indonesia is a unified nation of 17.491 islands from the Sabang until Merauke and hasa wide variety of islands, customs, arts, cultures, dances, tribal songs, religions and languages. The first dance and the first song is the dance from Borneo (Kalimantan). Here are the details: 1. The local song and dress areas are used in the common Paris Barantai (Kalimantan). 2. Si Patokaan regional song (North Sulawesi) 3. Sajojo county song (Papua). 4. Soleram (Riau). 5. Kampuang nan Jauh Di Mato (West Sumatra) and a plate dance. 6. Traditional instrument instrument named "Sape" (Kalimantan). 7. Janger (Bali) dance. 8. The song of the "Manuk Dadali" region (West Java). 9. The song of the " Anak Kambing Saya" (Nusa Tenggara Timur / NTT). 10. Tak Lelo Lelo Lelo Ledhung (Central Java). 11. The declaration of Independence of Indonesia was brought to you by the original voice of Indonesia's first President. "Ir. Soekarno". 12. A song "Bagimu Negeri" National song of Indonesia. In the video there's a dragon, it's an anthaboga. Antaboga is a mythological creature that is legendary in almost every corner of the world. His presence is still a great puzzle in life on earth. Each country in the world has a belief in dragons, in its own version. Indonesia, for a certainty, also had a dragon figure that became mythology. The dragon was named the Hyang Antaboga (Java call it Ontobugo). For the peoples of Java and Bali, the story of Antaboga has been handed down from generation to generation with the same story, drawn from the story of the puppet. The same beliefs and tales about antaboga in Java and Bali are due to the common belief of people in the era of Hindu-Buddhist teachings developing in nusantara. For Javans, Antaboga was the earth's buffer god. Antaboga is a manifestation of the dragon in the mythology of the Javanese pirates. Sang Hyang Antaboga was one of the characters in the form of a dragon and had a number of powers, one of which was to bring a dead body back to life. In the story of the passage, the Antaboga is depicted as living in a place called "Saptapralata" or seven layers of earth underground. He also had a wife named Goddess Supreti, who looked like a dragon. From there he had offspring and children. Javanese belief in dragons, is really not only portrayed in an anthaboga figure. Before it appeared, in the relief from the majapahit also appeared a representation of the dragon. Nagaraja Anuhut Surya relief was found in the Sawentar temple, in Blitar (East Java), dated 1396 c.e. Happy 76th of Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia to all Indonesian people everywhere in the world. MERDEKA!!! 🇮🇩👍 You can see behind the scene Wonderland Indonesia episode 1,2,3 & 4. And you can see another videos The Spirit of Papua by Alffy Rev 🙏
You have to watch behind the scenes video making, and in the video it's all about the journey from place to place, the traditional clothes of each region, the selection of regional songs, and much more, hopefully it's useful to learn about our culture.. all the places in the music video are original, such as traditional houses that are given a CGI touch, the statues of three angels are original with a slight touch of CGI effects, the original document of Soekarno Hatta's first presidential declaration on the first day of Indonesia celebrating independence in 1945, and the dragon is there In the Majapahit era, the name (ANTABOGA) means that the ruler of the underworld and the world above is CGI...

LOL, you don't understand? Because its main target was not international audience (mainly). It was a shout out to all Indonesians, to remember our roots and how far we have come as a nation. Most of Indonesians are familiar with the songs, though they may not know the meaning exactly, as each piece of song is taken from certain tribe in Indonesia, but most Indonesians learned those songs while we're in elementary school. And the dragon (antaboga), and its symbol, it was also mentioned a lot in the folk stories.

In case you get it wrong: the claim 'Indonesia is the most beautiful land in the Universe' at the beginning of the video, I guess was added for marketing purposes only. We all believe that every places are equally beautiful. If you'd like to understand what this video is about, here are some details. I may not be 100% correct, but at least it'll give you a much deeper understanding about the messages that Alffy Rev, Novia Bachmid and Doni Salmanan are trying to deliver. MOST PEOPLE WERE ASKING: ARE THOSE FLOATING ISLANDS REALLY EXIST? Of course no. What this video trying to tell is that we have plenty of unique historical sites spread over many different islands from west to the eastern part of the country. Ancient Javanese wayang, symbolizing Antaboga is the king of snakes guarding the bowels of the earth as the "Lord of the Underworld". The figure of Antaboga (Dragon) is inherent in Javanese & Balinese culture, usually found in gamelan carvings, gates, etc as a symbol of 'Guards'. Physically, Antaboga is more like a dragon. Here is the develop, the combination of the gallant Garuda with its wings. As a symbol of the guardian of the world above & below. On his forehead there is a symbol "Surya Majapahit" which means Dewata Nawa Sanga (nine guardian gods in each corner of the wind) Why not just Garuda & Pancasila? Garuda Pancasila is a symbol of the state which is certainly sensitive if it is fantasized anciently. Because the symbol of the state is protected by law. Indonesia is a unified nation of 17.491 islands from the Sabang until Merauke and hasa wide variety of islands, customs, arts, cultures, dances, tribal songs, religions and languages. The first dance and the first song is the dance from Borneo (Kalimantan).
Here are the details:
1. The local song and dress areas are used in the common Paris Barantai (Kalimantan).
2. Si Patokaan regional song (North Sulawesi)
3. Sajojo county song (Papua).

All original shooting locations are located in Bali, including: Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park, The Royal Pitamaha Ubud, Balerung Stage Ubud, Ubud Valley, dan Taman Nusa.

hi, thank you for doing a reaction video of 'wonderland Indonesia'.
Alffy Rev is an idealist & a true musician, who strives with all his might in blending Indonesian traditional music genre with modern instruments & technology (EDM, CGI etc.), to showcase Indonesian cultural music, attire & instruments around the globe and at the same time instill national pride to younger Indonesian generation across the country and throughout the world . so, there is no ill-intention whatsoever to claim that Indonesia is the most wonderful country in comparison with other countries.
fyi - - the whole production of this "Wonderland Indonesia" video started on 28th July 2021, and the targeted launch date was the celebration of Indonesia's independence day 17th August 2021 (i.e. 18-19 days). the whole shoot was done in Bali exhausting a total budget of approx. USD 145 thousand, donated by a non-commercial donor & assisted by the Indonesian Ministry of Education & Culture.
we, Indonesians, are all very proud of alffy's work -

-Special feature Proclamation Speech from first President of Indonesia Ir.Soekarno
MOST PEOPLE WERE ASKING:
ARE THOSE FLOATING ISLANDS REALLY EXIST?
Of course no. What this video trying to tell is that we have plenty of unique historical sites spread over many different islands from west to the eastern part of the country.
Of course they're not floating in real except the Pura Ulun Danu in Bali which situated on the lake.
Those floating buildings are; Rumah Gadang (Sumatera), Rumah Tongkonan (Tana Toraja), Borobudur Buddhist temple (Magelang), and Pura Ulun Danu (Bali). If I'm not mistaken, the Goddess statue where the singer starts her singing is at Royal Pitamaha, Ubud, Bali.
Again, All of the buildings and nature sceneries are real, but yes, CGI effects applied to make it looks more cinematic.
WHAT ARE THOSE HEADPIECES SHE WORE?
Those headpieces (crowns) she wore in general called TIARA for females or MAHKOTA for males. In the past you must wear those kind of headpieces to identify yourself as a royal family member. Both Tiara and Mahkota are normally made of gold or silver with diamond installed in the middle of it. Every diamond placed in a Tiara or Mahkota can't be just a diamond. It has to be one with magical power.
It is actually more as a symbol that you appreciate your head as the most important part of your body and to prove that you are responsible to protect it even from the heat.
Headpiece is the very first thing you wear when you're born. Your parent will have it made for you a month before you even born.
Nowadays, anyone can wear those kind of royal headpieces during their wedding ceremony and many other special occasions.
Traditional costumes worn in the video:
This just one of the many of them in Sulawesi Utara.
8. Bula Molik (Crescent) made of silver and Gold, NTT.
WHAT ARE THEY SINGING?
(Please refer to the traditional outfits as well because the songs and outfits represent the region where they originated)
This video showcases only 9 of traditional folk songs from 9 tribes out of 1430 tribes existed in Indonesia. The main song is Bagimu Negeri - One of our national songs.
NOTE: As an Indonesian, there is no way you not gonna cry when singing or listening to that song.
By the way, here's the list of the folk songs featured:
1. Paris Barantai from Kalimantan Selatan
2. Si Patokaan from Sulawesi Utara
3. Sajojo from Papua
4. Soleram from Riau
5. Janger from Bali
6. Manuk Dadali from Jawa Barat
7. Anak Kambing Saya from Nusa Tenggara Timur
8. Kampuang Nan Jauh di Mato from Sumatera Barat
9. Tak Lelo Lelo Ledung from Jawa Tengah
National song featured is Bagimu Negeri.
WHERE THEY SHOT THE VIDEO?
1. GWK - Garuda Wishnu Kencana in Bali which known as one of the biggest statues in the world.
2. Royal Pita Maha, Ubud
3. Taman Nusa, Bali
4. Ubud Valley
5. Balerung, Ubud.
NOTE:
- There are thousands of 'mysteries' yet to be unfold in Indonesia (Nusantara).
- Alffy Rev is a musical genius. A multi-instrumentalist. He's a producer, director, and an editor. Please check out his other songs; Mother Earth, Beautiful We Are and Beauty Of Bali.

The mythological creatures in the last scene were manifestations of Antaboga (Antabugo) & Garuda.
On his forehead there is a symbol "Surya Majapahit" which means Dewata Nawa Sanga (nine guardian gods in each corner of the wind)
Why not just Garuda & Pancasila? Garuda Pancasila is a symbol of the state which is certainly sensitive if it is fantasized anciently. Because the symbol of the state is protected by law.
