- This is one of our 16x24 diesel powered jaw crusher modules. It is powered by a 52 hp perkins diesel and can be run on single phase power only. This is great for remote areas or operators who don't have a 3 phase generator. We also offer other diesel jaw crusher options as well for our smaller units.

Jason why did you not put a slightly bigger HP diesel engine on this Jaw crusher and mount an AC Generator to the diesel, then it would be fully independent so it can stand alone any were in the world, nice looking machine thanks for sharing.

Can you add a mist-curtain at the material exit to keep the dust down?
What is the cost of this diesel model can is crushing stone into powder
If you add a spray bar on there you won't get all that dust wouldn't take that much water
May need a water drizzler for dust suppression. Nice looking machine.

Couldn't you just replace the motors with single-phase versions and avoid the need/expense of a phase convertor? Or even just a simple hydraulic pump system off the diesel to run the conveyor & shaker, thus totally avoiding need for electricity.

With a little larger wheel on motor (to bring diesel rpm down to 15/16k @300 on crush), and come off that to gen motor (self-contained).. 50hp should easily enough TQ for that...
And maybe Led lighting to boot..

Oh Shure you can crush stuff but at what price it's not a free running machine and what about wear and repair it's very expencive
