To me this is how you can tell that BTS are genuinely nice people. When the people that work for you are comfortable and are excited for your accomplishments. Also, something I notice too is that a lot of the staff has been with them since the beginning or for many yrs now. If BTS were rude and treated their staff bad they would have a lot of staff turn overs. I love seeing this.

6:28 jungkook being a little rebel as a teenager. 😂😂 Jimin jumped on the manager's car because they were filming the music video for run and this was back when bts could not afford certain props so they had to use the staff's vehicles.

To be honest, BTS are the ones who are lucky to have these staff as part of their huge family. Some of them stayed at the company since the beginning even if BigHit was fighting through almost bankruptcy. They cheered for their first-ever win at The Show with the song I Need U in 2015. And cried with them, sharing happiness when BTS won their first Daesang at MMA and MAMA in 2016. The staff took care of their artists as a family and never took advantage of them. They helped BTS in their achievements in so many ways too. Plus, they brought us comedic interactions with BTS throughout the years and we couldn't be happier knowing that BTS is in good hands.

The smartest people make friends with staff. It is a needed symbiosis, but many people aren’t smart enough to get it. I am always impressed with BTS upper management. Their attitude filters down that everyone counts. If you want an organization to work, everyone has to feel they have a role that counts. I love watching intelligence in action!

For future reference Noona is what a younger male calls an older female who is a friend in the same way that they use Hyung for an older male. So they will call all the stylist Noonas the same.

Noona is not a person name noona mean older sister just like hyung older brother and yes bts staff members are also a part of bts success they also work hard as much as bts so we will always be thankful for them for taking care of our precious boys
