Both finalists designed color nicely . BUT Rick should have won it I say . He gave his creation a very professional and beautiful look all the way around . I do love the winners head piece . Nice show Jay and many happy blessings to all there that stepped up and competed . No matter what , all creations were beautiful .
You'll be happy to Know that Rick Won- the 2019 FLOWER POWER CHALLENGE... this is an Annual Event- (Until the Pandemic) and we hope that it will continue for years to come... What is also interesting- is that sometimes- the BEST Arrangement- doesn't always win- but rather the Contestant that does the best job- packing the audience with supporters of their charities... thus- the LOUDEST NOISE - Always Wins... heheh! I agree with you Lovely. I loved Rick's the best. All were pretty because they're flowers, but his design was my favorite.
