Atty gusto ko po sanang mag aral ng law school dito sa Pinas. Graduate po ako ng BA Philosophy dito sa Pinas. However, gusto ko din ma achieve you aspiration ko to become a Spanish citizen. Ang tanong ko lang kung meron po bang law school dito sa Pinas na nag o-offer ng international exchange student particularly sa Spain? Or kung meron po bang law school sa Spain na accredit ng Legal Education Board dito sa Pinas at para makapag take din ako ng Bar exam soon dito sa Pinas?

Hello po, how about kung meron ng alam sa computer programming kailangan pa ba na mag-aral duon at tsaka ano ang pina ka limit na edad upang maaring maka pag migrate dyan for work and residency and later on apply for citizenship?
Wala daw po age limit. Hindi po counted as residency kapag nakastudent visa ka. Usually ata magwork for 2 years tapos saka ka magaapply ng citizenship.

Hi attorney thanks for the info. 32 years old na po aq . mag 10 years na po aq dito sa kuwait i have back grounds in Hospitaly Industry and aviation, may diploma po aq sa Hotel management. Tanong q lang po sana qng Is it more easy to process po ba? Atty Bueno, applying Article 22 of Spanish Civil Code..what would be the fastest way for me and my wife to obtain Spanish residency (we are both US-Philippine dual nationals). We sent our daughter to study in Sevilla and we really love Spain (visited the country several times for vacation) and considered retiring early in the next 2-3 years (I'm 49 and my wife is 48 yrs old). If we take Spanish citizenship, do we have to relinquish our US citizenship or we can keep 3 Nationalities (US/Philippines/Spain) in the future? For your question no. 1: The fastest way is to buy and invest a property in Spain which should not be less than 500,000.00 euro. Living there without interruption for 2 years will give you the privilege to apply for citizenship after the completion of 2 years residency. For no. 2 question: No need to relinguish the Philippine citizenship. Spain allows dual citizenship. For No. 3: NLV is a good option if you have enough funds after retirement.
