Chuck kept me in life long enough to get to AA. I was given his book by a lady in AA along with the big book. I read the big book and didn't find the solution to the persons problem I was trying to fix. So I put it aside. When I read A New Pair of Glasses I didn't understand what he was saying but he made being a recovering alcoholic sound kind of good and I kind of wished I was one. 6 years later I fell into a meeting of AA. 25 years and two months later I am still hear and still sober
