Been to mykonos 4 or 5 times. Almost every decade Was .. favorite island something about it. Then went in 2018 was so crowded I did not.like it. Can't imagine what it's like now. Same thing happening to Paris and Naxos now

Its the vibe of Mykonos my friend , i went to Crete , Cyprus and naxos , they all have the same water , sands and beachs however its the vibe in Mykonos that feels totally different.
Went to Mykonos for a 2 week holiday a few years ago, absolutely amazing except the ridiculous prices, we stayed in Ornos excellent accommodation, beautiful beaches and at that time not to crowded
Nice to see you getting to some other greek islands, went years ago to Mykonos before it became overpriced & overcrowded, full of Instagram people. Not a pleasant experience, will stick with Crete ❤👍😎
Ich könnte weinen 😭 wer Mykonos von vor 40 Jahren kennt, wird diese Insel nicht mehr wiederkennen. Ich war 10 Jahre jeden Sommer auf dieser Insel. Da gab es keinen Massentourismus, keine Direktflüge und kein Busterminal. Wir sind alles gelaufen. Es war mit die schönste Zeit meiner Jugend. Heute würde ich keinen Fuß mehr auf Mykonos setzen.
