    Different directions are issued by the concerned State government as regards conduct of TIPs. In some States it is conducted by the executive magistrates, e.g. Tahasildar or Naib Tahasildar.

      Your statement is correct but question in exam is based on Cr.PC or Evidence Act and not from state directions.

    Sir section 54A CrPC me mentioned h nai ki Executive Magistrate krwa skta hai.
