I'm looking for a custom palette plugin which replaces all colors in an image based on a text file with palette values. It's at least a couple of years old, couldn't find it now when I looked for it but I have some palette txt files preserved. Really good for making retro game mockups. Do you know what it's called? It was under effects->color I think
