I don't care what people say. I think Kristen rocks!! She sounds different than Lacey, but she is still amazing! She really can sing! And "Between the stars" is an amazing album! She definitely deserves the title of Flyleaf's singer, and I really believe in her. I believe she can take Flyleaf to a new level. Let's just wait and see. She has only recorded 1 album with Flyleaf, and Lacey has recorded 3. So, it's kinda unfair to say she is not as good as Lacey, when she has released only one album. Also, I'm sure that the rest band members wouldn't let her join the band if they weren't sure she deserves it.
Totally agree about her voice being too pop for Flyleaf. Let preface this by saying Kristen is a phenomenal & underrated singer. I just think to sing for flyleaf, your voice needs to be a little more aggressive. Lacey has a distinct sound for the band. I don’t think Kristen vocals suits the style of Flyleaf as well as Lacey’s did. That’s about as best as I can explain it. Again Kristen rocks & this is not a knock on her at all.

I never got to see Kristen, but I've seen Flyleaf 3 times. Most recently at Sick New World in Vegas.
