Nice work on the review, yeah when I first grabbed the colourized version I didn't think I was going to like the Black and White more but there's something to be said about the BW versions maybe its because they really look like they jumped off the screen but I tend to gravitate more to the Black and White versions more as the definitive monsters on my shelf, thanks for a fantastic review, really enjoyed watching it!
Thanks for watching the video as well as your kind words! Coincidentally, I JUST bought the black and white version and will doing a review soon. In short, in the package it looks amazing! Can't wait to bust it out and compare will all the other NECA Uni Monsters as well as all of my other Creature figures! Thanks again for tuning in!
it amazes me that they can mass produce a figure such as this at the price of $30.00 to $40.00 and with this kind of detail. the creature from the black lagoon is defenitely neca's best one so far. thanks so much for this review.
Great review, and congrats on getting a review sample! I have this guy on preorder and look forward to adding him to the shelf. As you say, the detail on these figures is so impressive. I really hope NECA has plans to put out some of the supporting characters from these movies (although my wallet might not survive!).
Thanks once again for tuning in, Margarita, I appreciate the kind words! I'm hoping for some supporting characters, too. Let's hope NECA introduces some new characters at New York Comic-Con next month!
Jada has the fossil hand. And as good, really good as Jada is, NECA just excels at details. Great storytelling and great camera close ups Tim. This guy should walk through Psycho Suzi’s.
@@TimLammersFilms Man, I hope you're right 🤞🤞 It's so weird that he would be the only one of big U.M. lineup that doesn't get one, especially for collectors who only have the B/W versions.
@@FatherMellow I think we'll find out more from NECA at New York Comic Con next month, and expecting more announcements. PLUS, I'm really hoping they reveal some Hammer Horror figures since they have the license for that as well. I really, really want an Oliver Reed Werewolf (plus all of the Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing characters!).
Great review! Love the body sculpt but the chin looks a bit too bulbous for my taste .. Not sure why, all the head sculpts seem off. I know there were a few different masks depending on what the creature was doing in the film so maybe that's why.
Thanks! I love all of the portraits! Once you get it, I'm sure it will look different in person. You're right about the look depending on who was wearing the mask. It would be interesting to compare this one to photos of the Ben Chapman land Creature, which this figure is modeled after because of it's height of 8+ inches -- it's even taller than the Frankenstein's Monster figure. Thanks for your comments and watching the video!

It really is an amazing figure and the piece is definitely worth every cent considering all the extras you get with it! Thanks for watching the video!
@@TimLammersFilms my pleasure.
Since neca began the 'monsters' line this is the one i was anticipating and they didn't disappoint 😂
It's brilliant, isn't it? And wait until they release the black and white version! Thanks for watching the video!
Apart from the red lips the paint and sculpt look great.

Do you remember that Dark Horse cold cast porcelain creature statue from the early 90s?
I don't, but I'll surely look it up. I'm sure it's cool! Thanks for watching the video!

Hopefully the fossil hand will come in a future "Creature" accessory set! Thanks for the kind words about my video, Chris! More to come!
I grabbed it as soon as saw it at Target yesterday
Great acquisition! Such a great release!
Neca should have released this first!
I'm just glad it's here now! AWESOME figure!
Glad they're coming out with a B/W Creature but it's really dumb that they don't have plans for a B/W Invisible Man 😥☹
I'm sure they will at some point! The popularity of this line will call for it I'm sure! Thanks for watching the video!
