I have never watch a movie with so much annoyance. I feel like you bring this movie down. Are you telling us that the church of God is so wicked? Are you saying all the member of the church doesn't have discerning spirit. Are you saying the consequences of confessing to sins is to discourages other brethren to try such if it happen bcos the fear of David treatment. If God is slow to send comforter to those in trouble then Nobody will be saved. The movie is extreme and send waves of negativity than positivity. You wasted our 2hrs with event you have achieved under 1hr. This is bad
Please come down, it's a warning to the church and I pray the leaders of churches who do that sees and watches it to understand. It's happening in real life if you have not seen or heard some just calm down, it's a message. See the people who showed him love😢 . I kept asking myself, "What would I have done if I were a member of Pastor David's church?" Like, for real? This is a powerful message to the church. I salute David for not giving up easily. He kept fighting going from elder to Pastor to Sister Peace to everyone he could reach. And he never blamed God. He kept on crying to God for mercy, that's why I was so certain he would not die. His wife didn't do well at all. Marriage is supposed to be for better for worse, she was there for the good part alone. If he hadn't been stabbed, he would never have found help. So what wasn't God-sent is being used by God! God bless the Solid Rock casts and crew!

He was the only one who confessed just to be in right standing with God without secret sin. And the funniest thing is that , if he had not confessed, this sin would have lingered even if the wife is there because the so called Reverend daughter wanted more but out of shame lied to cover up her sinful and disgusting behavior 😡😡
I’m in tears as I type this… I preach purity, and this is one of the greatest teachings the Holy Spirit taught me in the secret place. He taught me how to feel in for someone in this situation… He taught me how important it was to help a fallen believer get back on his/her feet. I’m hoping with God’s grace the church will grow to understand this. I’ve had friends who fell and I’m glad God helped me to stand for them in their lowest moments… MayGod help us.
One of the best Christian movies i have watched so far. The lesson i have learnt is not to give room for temptation. Resist it physically and spiritually. Pastor David shouldn't have allowed her to stay in his house in the first place. We shouldn't be too nice in the face of temptation. May God help us all.🙏
Pastor David tried if you remember well but he was caught between whether family or .....and he got the word of knowledge from another Pastor before he move to Lagos to avoid Lola...I think he was too weak as well
Yes and he should have explained why he left his parents house previously. That Lola is a witch. She purposely went there when the wife was away on the day of the anniversary of his parents death. David was so vulnerable.
This happened to me, my husband who is a young minister was tempted in a way similar a few weeks ago, as a wife-in this situation (I’m not writing to expose my husband in any way) I’m writing because as a wife, I initially thought sister Rhoda handled it well but I realized later how that she left him and didn’t want anything to do with him. I’ve forgiven my husband but it’s very hard to be in that position! This movie still ministered to me. I hope there’s some lessons on how to handle it from a woman’s perspective in part 2. It’s very easy to just say forgive but if the thing is happening for real, all sorts of thoughts can run through the mind and every thought seems right. It’s true we need to pray for the ones called to lead up but wow! Please pray for their wives too. Thank you for this ministration, everyone does deserve a second chance indeed. May God help us.

As a pastor kid I can totally relate to how people see ministers as the perfect being. Back to sis Rhoda, she was hurting yes but she easily forgot the vow of commitment to her marriage. Finally no one is above falling hence we were admonished to take heed. May God help the church cause we like to condemn so quick!!!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Immediately I started watching this movie, I concluded that I'm gonna watch it with my hubby cos he's a Pastor. Well I eventually watched it with him and at some point we would pause the movie and have a chat. It was such an inspiring one and at the end my Husband was so much boiling in Holy Ghost Anger, and he concluded that he'll be going on a street campaign /evangelism tagged: Have u been hurt by the church before? And no one to turn to in your place of mess? Then come to our church DIVINITY LIFE CHRISTIAN CENTRE where you'll find love and genuine repentance. You'll be fixed again through the power of Christ Jesus and you'll become what God wants u to become by God's grace.... This movie is indeed great. Everybody keeps saying “the church” - WE ALL ARE THE CHURCH. How many of us can stand and cover a fallen brother or sister even when others are against such persons….. Let’s not always point fingers; let’s start with ourselves.
I can and I have done so. Ppl acting as if they cannot sin. The Bible says we draw those that have sinned and asked forgiveness close to ourselves and not shun them.
The absolute truth is that, 8/10 churches will not accept or associate with such a fellow. We will keep saying THE CHURCH because the decisions made by the Elders most especially from the Pastorate supersedes whatever any one say in the Church or attacks from outside. The body of Christ must be ready to stand for and by anyone that is ours no matter what the person have done most especially when the person have repented. It is well with us🙏
We are very good at inheriting hatred, We all have to do better , we must put in effort to know what God is saying about a particular issue, before we draw conclusions…. To some persons this is just a movie but this is a sad reality 😢 Pst Okeke had his own share of the blame, seeing all the signs couple with the warning! I used to say this, the closest friend you can have after God is your family. If the wife had been on his side things wouldn't have gotten out of hand for David. Two are better than one says the Holy book, so that when one falls, the other helps him up. But woe to him who is alone. Two shall put ten thousand to flight. These are biblical truth. If you had once been in the shoes of the wife, you would understand. The wife needs healing herself, unfortunately the people of God who ought to have helped her to heal fast so she could assist her husband wasn't there for her. This just made me remember I wouldn't blame her 100% Remember Sammie Okposo. May the Lord help us all, both men and women not to fall into temptation. Just three minutes into the movie and i can relate to what is has happened/is happening to Pastor David. Although i wasn't a pastor then but was actively involved with ministerial activities, but then i went through a similar experience at church. Got suspended from leading church activities. Grace and mercy found me. God be praised.
As young ministers coming up we need to be careful and run away from all forms of sin and focus ON Jesus Because the the same people clapping for you when you are At the top will be the same people leaving you when you fall. The best thing is to focus on JESUS and don't focus on those who are praising or cursing you. LORD HELP US TO FOCUS ON YOU IN JESUS NAME 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Out of the few things I learnt in this movie, I will like to talk about the fact that, young ministers should try have what we are doing to earn a living independent on the church.
I understand your point but I'd like to point out that it won't have mattered either way. He wasn't even able to get a job and his wife that had a business it was shutdown, how much more him.

I pray we all find a place in our hearts to forgive those who have sinned and fallen short of God's glory like our master Jesus Christ who left His throne on high and place of comfort to come and die for those who rejected Him. This story brought tears to my eyes. Sometimes the church over reacts to the issue of discipline. That one falls does not make him/ her a plague especially seeing that the person is genuinely sorry & repented.

This ministration should go viral. Everyone in the body of Christ need to locate their present role in the church through this movie. We are the church and these characters sure represent some of us currently! The percent of people that stood with Pastor David out of the whole characters that knew him in person especially, shows how much we need to repent as a body. May God help us all, especially spouses, we're the direct example of Christ and the church, may God deliver our homes from evil, but if need be... with regards to trying times, may we not be insensitive in the Spirit, Amen!

Something that really stood out for me is that I should protect my territory at all cost to avoid falling because the price you pay for that can be brutal. But I love Pastor David, he stood up and was accountable for what he did yet he was detested and sent away. I get it from the church's perspective too but it took too long for them to actually forgive. May the Lord continually help us in times like this

Honestly, this movie is heavenly. The actors acted out the roles so perfectly! What?! I can only imagine how much work is gone into this project. I'm so glad to have such an exceptional movie at this time. So much lessons to be learnt! Pst David was just being preyed on by the devil because of his exploits for God's kingdom😢. It's so sad that no one, not even the so-called pioneer pastors of big churches and reverends, was spiritually alert to rescue him from the devil's grip😢. This is truly an earthquaking and a true definition of what Genuine Discipleship. The Truth remains that any Disciple of CHRIST who is not trampled upon on a serious note is yet to be broken and as such, cannot go far in Discipleship Endeavor. GOD is waiting for us all at the top HIS Holy Mountain. Without the Cross, there can never be a Crown. JESUS and all our Faith Heroes were all trampled upon beyond words.
I didn't even know when I started crying. There are things you go through that nobody believes you and the painful part is the closest individuals you trust you can lean on in your trying moment. This is my story, I leave everything in the hands of God.

As a pastor kid I can totally relate to how people see ministers as the perfect being. Back to sis Rhoda, she was hurting yes but she easily forgot the vow of commitment to her marriage. Finally no one is above falling hence we were admonished to take heed. May God help the church cause we like to condemn so quick!!!

Immediately I started watching this movie, I concluded that I'm gonna watch it with my hubby cos he's a Pastor. Well I eventually watched it with him and at some point we would pause the movie and have a chat. It was such an inspiring one and at the end my Husband was so much boiling in Holy Ghost Anger, and he concluded that he'll be going on a street campaign /evangelism tagged: Have u been hurt by the church before? And no one to turn to in your place of mess? Then come to our church DIVINITY LIFE CHRISTIAN CENTRE where you'll find love and genuine repentance. You'll be fixed again through the power of Christ Jesus and you'll become what God wants u to become by God's grace....

I can and I have done so. Ppl acting as if they cannot sin. The Bible says we draw those that have sinned and asked forgiveness close to ourselves and not shun them.
The absolute truth is that, 8/10 churches will not accept or associate with such a fellow.
We will keep saying THE CHURCH because the decisions made by the Elders most especially from the Pastorate supersedes whatever any one say in the Church or attacks from outside.
The body of Christ must be ready to stand for and by anyone that is ours no matter what the person have done most especially when the person have repented.

Just three minutes into the movie and i can relate to what is has happened/is happening to Pastor David. Although i wasn't a pastor then but was actively involved with ministerial activities, but then i went through a similar experience at church. Got suspended from leading church activities. Grace and mercy found me.

We are the church and these characters sure represent some of us currently! The percent of people that stood with Pastor David out of the whole characters that knew him in person especially, shows how much we need to repent as a body. Honestly, this movie is heavenly. The actors acted out the roles so perfectly! What?! I can only imagine how much work is gone into this project. I'm so glad to have such an exceptional movie at this time. So much lessons to be learnt! Pst David was just being preyed on by the devil because of his exploits for God's kingdom😢. It's so sad that no one, not even the so-called pioneer pastors of big churches and reverends, was spiritually alert to rescue him from the devil's grip😢. Worse still, his wife wasn't there for him!!!! Too much to go through for such a high calling like his! This movie is so real! David went through all that because of the glorious destiny awaiting him. I hope this encourages someone ❤

This is truly an earthquaking and a true definition of what Genuine Discipleship. The Truth remains that any Disciple of CHRIST who is not trampled upon on a serious note is yet to be broken and as such, cannot go far in Discipleship Endeavor. GOD is waiting for us all at the top HIS Holy Mountain. Without the Cross, there can never be a Crown. JESUS and all our Faith Heroes were all trampled upon beyond words.
I didn't even know when I started crying. There are things you go through that nobody believes you and the painful part is the closest individuals you trust you can lean on in your trying moment. This is my story, I leave everything in the hands of God.
